The parcel of real estate which is subject of the instant appeal (Parcel No ), commonly known as 200 Crescent Street, City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and upon which is situated as the McFarland Press Apartments affordable housing complex, hereinafter shall have the following fair market value as of October 1, 2010 LAND IMPROVEMENTS TOTAL $349,575 $1,188,925 $1,538, Upon applying the applicable State Tax Equalization Board certified Common Level Ratio ( CLR ) for Dauphin County as set forth below to the above agreed fair market value of the Property, the assessment of the aforesaid Property, effective January 1, 2011 for county and city taxes, and July 1, 2011 for school taxes, shall be set as follows, and shall remain thereafter until changed in accordance with law TAX YEAR CLR LAND IMPROVEMENTS TOTAL $246,800 $839,400 $1,086, The parties hereto agree that the taxing authorities will remit refunds owed to Appellant as a result of the reduction in the indicated assessment value, along with calculations indicating how the refunds were determined for each tax year, within ninety (90) days of the entry of the Court Order approving this Stipulation. 2
