The standard solution bundles provide 3 years of remote break-fix support from HP (i.e. telephone and web based support, and the provision of customer installable spare parts on a next business day basis). HP recognises that staff in some office environments may not be confident in performing their own hardware repairs, so it is important to decide if an upgrade to an onsite hardware repair service is required. The upgrade to onsite service bundles will additionally provide: An HP Engineer to site within 4 hours of calling HP to report a fault (Coverage window Monday Friday 8am 5pm).
