Jerry is a second generation photographer/videographer with a drive to be on the cutting edge of technology. He is an artist of imagery and a visionary who is down-to-earth and great to work with. Jerry earned his BFA in Photography from the University of Florida and has 20+ years of professional photography and video experience. Karen really enjoys working with couples and has a great eye for details and magic moments. She loves the art of photography and video. Karen received her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of North Florida and has 13+ years experience shooting weddings professionally. Equipment: High-end, professional equipment Canon 5D MarkIII and UHD/4K Sony cameras, prime lenses, high quality audio and lights. We are capable of shooting in all lighting conditions. No worries, we always have backup gear at every wedding. Images are developed in a RAW work flow. Files are backed up on both optical disks and external hard drives. Favorite Photography is the exclusive, official company retained to perform the services requested in this contract. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Please include a vendor meal for your photographer(s) if event is four or more hours. All photographs and video remain the exclusive property of Favorite Studios Inc and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. PHOTO RELEASE: Favorite Studios Inc agrees to grant to the parties entering this contract a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use and copy (including printing and displaying) any of the material as part of the services rendered in this contract for any personal usage. The intellectual property may not be copied, transmitted, published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way for commercial usage, without additional written permission of Favorite Photography. Favorite Photography reserves the right to use images for display, publication or other purposes. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding or contract, the deposit(s) paid are not refundable. If Favorite Photography fails to comply with the terms of the contract, due to any event or act outside the control of Favorite Photography, Favorite Photography s liability is limited to monies paid. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that the photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. Favorite Photography may substitute another photographer/videographer in the event of illness or of unforeseen conflicts. In the event of such substitution, Favorite Photography warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional. Client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Favorite Photography from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities. By entering into this contract you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
