1 FEES AND COMMISSIONS I. Fees and commissions charged to Participants to the regulated spot market/ alternative trading system administered by SIBEX a) General fees 1. Fee for admission as Participant regulated spot market 0 lei 2. Fee for admission as Participant alternative trading system 0 lei 150 Euro + VAT 3. Monthly fee for Participant connection to the trading system Starting with the transfer on the new trading system, the participants which will connect to the system through their own applications will pay only the fee of 150 Euro + V.A.T./month. This fee is for connecting to Sibex trading system, both for derivatives market and for regulated spot market and alternative trading system. During March 31 June 30, 2015, the holiday fee period will be extended, thus there will be applied an exemption from the fee of 150 Euro + V.A.T./month if a participant activates both on the regulated derivatives market administered by Sibex and on the regulated spot marker administered by Sibex OR the alternative trading system administered by Sibex. 1
