Her body weight is 11 kg. Body temperature is 39 Degree Celcius. Mother said that there was convulsion for 1 time and Sandar vomited everything she ate. The child s respiratory rate was 50 times per minute. On examination, chest indrawing was found. There is no diarrhoea. A. Fill the Treatment Record Form B. Classify the disease severity C. How will you further manage the case? Q2: Kyaw Kyaw, age 7 month, is suffering from cough for 2 days, so mother brings her to Volunteer for the first time. He can be able to breastfeed and there is no vomiting, delirium nor convulsion. His body temperature is 40 degree celcius. His body weight is 8 kg. His respiratory rate is 60 per minute and there is no chest indrawing, nor grunting. And there is no diarrhoea also. A. Fill the Treatment Record Form B. Classify the disease severity C. How will you further manage the case? Q3: Sabai, age 3 yr had visited again to volunteer for follow up. Last 2 days ago, when she came for the first time, it was diagnosed that she had Pneumonia. Mother is saying that there is no fever at all now and cough is getting better also. She can eat well and playing well again. On examination, there is no chest indrawing, no grunting, no drowsiness nor convulsion. Respiratory rate is 38 per minute. Body Temperature is 37 degree celcius. Body weight is 13 kg. A. Fill the Treatment Record Form B. How will you further manage the case? Q4: Marlar, age 2 and a half year, weighing 11 kg, is suffering from loose motion for 3 days. Body temperature is 39 degree celcius and she is drowsy. She also vomits whenever she is given fluid. There is sunken eyes and skin pinch goes back slowly. There is no cough. A. Fill the Treatment Record Form B. How will you further manage the case? Q5: Htet Htet, age 36 months, body weight 14 kg, body temperature 37 degree celcius, is having loose motion for 4 days.
