All of the firms in this Directory are currently members of The Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum. As you know, only firms that have experience representing the long-term care industry are invited to join the Forum thus this is a very special and talented group. We are extremely proud of the quality of the firms that participate in the Forum and we hope to continue our relationship with them for years to come. In continuation of our efforts last year, we have included a detailed index showing where each firm has offices around the United States. Also you will notice that we have added a section for vendors who have continued to support the long-term care industry and the efforts of the Forum over the last few years. It is our hope to continue to expand this section in the years to come. In late 2013, we began a campaign to develop a state profile of basic but vital legal information for all 50 states. Our defense firm members have answered the call in a large way on this project allowing us to continue to send out s with this information on a regular basis. This information is also being added to The Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum Legal Wiki. We are also in the process of updating the Mediator and Arbitrator database, once again with our Defense Firm Members and in-house members leading the way on that project. Lastly, I am happy to announce that since the launch of the Forum in 2009 we have not lost one long-term care company from our membership and in fact we have continued to add more and more long-term care companies to our ranks now reaching approximately 130 member companies all around the US. We continue to work to expand the reach of the Forum. This Directory has been distributed to key players throughout the entire long-term care space including all of our industry and defense firm members, select vendors, insurance professionals, third-party administrators and insurance brokers.
