CONSIDERATION OF BILLS HB wireless telecommunications carrier; records; access - HELD Senator Gray announced that HB 2557 would be held per the sponsor s request. Representative Brophy McGee, bill sponsor, distributed a map of a portion of Maricopa and Pinal Counties (Attachment C), further explained HB 2060 and introduced Scott Lemarr. Scott Lemarr, Mayor, Town of Paradise Valley, testified in support of HB Lisa Trueblood, Council Member, Town of Paradise Valley, testified in support of HB Jennifer Stielow, Arizona Tax Research Association (ATRA), testified in opposition to HB 2060 and answered questions posed by Doug Cole, Town of Paradise Valley, testified in support of HB Chris Ketterer, Deputy Chief, Phoenix Fire Department, testified as neutral to HB March 14, 2012

Senator Driggs moved the 2-page Gray amendment dated 3/13/12 at 3:44 p.m. (Attachment F) to the strike everything amendment be ADOPTED. The motion CARRIED by voice vote.
