4 Anger Management: Assessment/Classes/Groups Fees vary and services based upon individual needs programs may include inpatient, out-patient, individual and group services: A & M Recovery-Initial assessment required. No inpatient services. $25 per session Burrell Behavioral Health KCCC (Kansas City Community Center) Recovery Outreach Services- $25/2hr class (9 total classes/$225) Springfield Counseling Services (Kris Hamilton) - Intake fee: $40 (workbook included). Group fee: $25/session. Make ups: $40/Individual Domestic Violence Batterers program-felony offenders.. Intensive program with monthly progress report. Assessment fee: $80. Group fees: $35/ session. Individual sessions: $80. Springfield Counseling Services (Kris Hamilton) DOV-Dynamics of Violence 26 two-hour intensive classes. Hit No More Hit No More Program runs 12 or 26 weeks. Program provided in Springfield, Branson, Mountain Grove. Hit No More NACIA National Anti-Crime Institute of America. R.A.V.E Reacting Against Violence Everywhere- Adult classes with two levels, L1-16 hours (8 classes 2 hours each $25 per week), Saturdays also available. L2 18 hour classes (12 classes at 1.5 hours each). Fees vary. L3 Batters Intervention Program 52 hours (26 classes at 2 hours each). Fees vary. Treatment Services After Care Out Patient Treatment week program with minimal monitoring and random drug screens. Fees vary. CSTAR for Women & Children Comprehensive Substance Abuse Treatment/Rehabilitation. Treatment based upon individual need. Medicaid approved. On-site daycare provided. Fees vary. Cox Center for Addictions DEP-Drug Education Program-10 hour program held over two days (Friday and Saturday). For Possession of Marijuana and/or Possession of Paraphernalia charges. Fee $125 Social Setting Detox- goal of this service is to provide a supportive, safe environment during the uncomfortable and potentially dangerous detox process. Fee $ NACIA SAM -Supplying Alcohol to a Minor: For adults ticketed for providing alcohol to minors. Four hour program. Fee $250 Substance Abuse-Evaluation/Counseling/Groups/Treatment: Substance Abuse Treatment (mental health component included) is provided by the following agencies, services may include assessment, in-patient and/or outpatient treatment, group and/or individual counseling. Life Skills-Two groups meeting on Wednesdays fee: $25 Who Am I-Two groups meeting on Wednesdays- fee: $25 Relationship/Boundaries-Two group meeting on Wednesdays-fee: $25. Mental Health Mental Health Evaluation/Counseling/Groups/Treatment Mental health services (substance abuse component included) is provided by the following agencies, services may include assessment, in-patient and/or out-patient treatment, group and/or individual counseling. All services are based upon individual need and fees vary: Burrell Behavioral Health Counseling Associates of Springfield Cox Center for Addictions Depression Management Opportunity to learn from the experiences of others and to gain additional support from individuals who are experiencing similar feelings. Weekly sessions held on Tuesdays fee: $25. Burrell Behavioral Health CCCPC (Center City Counseling Clinic) Counseling for individuals, couples, families and children performed by graduate students under the guidance of a Psychologist- sliding scale fees. Center City Counseling Clinic (CCCPC) SATOP: The Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) is a statewide network of comprehensive, accessible, community-based education and treatment options for consumers arrested in Missouri for alcohol- and drugrelated driving offenses. This network includes an assessment screening process and referral to various SATOP education and treatment programs. These programs are regulated by the state and likewise the fees are set by the state and thus subject to change. Listed below are the steps and the programs of SATOP (note: financial assistance may be available): Step 1 Screening Every individual who is assigned SATOP must have a screening/assessment. Fee $375 Based upon the screening/assessment individuals may be assigned to the following (fees vary and financial assistance may be available): Step 2 Education/Services OEP (Offender Education Program) A 10-hour education program, typically meant for first time offenders. Fee $130 ADEP (Adolescent Diversion Education Program) A 10-hour education program, typically meant for first time offenders under the age of 21. Fee $130 Page 12 Page 5
8 SATOP continued: WIP (Weekend Intervention Program) A 48-hour continuous program typically meant for repeat offenders or high-risk offenders. Cost is $ (financial assistance may be available) minimum fee is $250. CIP (Clinical Intervention Program) This program is typically meant for persistent high-risk offenders and is an outpatient treatment program involving 50 hours of intensive education and counseling. Cost is $1,051.91(financial assistance may be available) minimum fee is $250. Accredited Traffic Offender Sigma House SROP (Serious and Repeat Offender Program) For repeat offenders. At least 75 hours of outpatient treatment over 90 days. Minimum fee $250. Accredited Traffic Offender Heartland Center for Behavioral Change Level IV-Treatment : Additional advanced intervention programs are available for offenders who present symptoms characteristic of alcoholism and drug dependency. Organization certified by the Department of Mental health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse may provide this service. Interlock Systems: Missouri requires drivers with more than one alcohol offense to have an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installed on any vehicle they operate. The following is a list provided by the state: Glass Tint USA Lifeguard Interlock Inc Evergreen Ignition Interlock RMS Automotive Property Crimes: IMPACT Eight hour educational class for offenders that have been found guilty of stealing or shoplifting. Fee $65 R.A.S Reacting Against Stealing Adult offenders convicted of property crimes. 16 hours (8 classes two hours each, $25 per week) of class time depending on offense. NACIA (National Anti-Crime Institute of America) Misc Programs/Services: Critical Thinking Works to change dysfunctional thinking patterns and resulting behaviors. Two group sessions each week for 12 weeks. Fee $30 per week.. A & M Recovery or MOSOP-Missouri Sex Offender Treatment Program- A cognitivebehavioral program for clients with deviant sexual behavior. Fees vary. Springfield Counseling Services (Kris Hamilton) Dr. Craig Shifrin, PsyD PIVOT- Two level educational program for persons convicted of prostitution. L1 for women only, L2 for men only. Fee $120 National Trauma and Research Institute Anxiety Management- Help gaining control over anxiety. Weekly sessions. Two hour course meeting every Monday. Program fee: $25. Burrell Behavioral Health Grief Support Six week educational group for grief support and coping with painful personal loss. Program fee: $25 Burrell Behavioral Health Grief Support Group Group services for children and families dealing with the loss of a family member. Free service: Lost and Found Grief Support Center: Page 6 Page 11
9 Community Service/Probation: Community Service Court ordered community service. Supervision is provided for all areas of Missouri and the United States. Fees vary based on number of hours assigned. CASP CASP Probation: Court ordered Misdemeanor probation supervision of any offense. Fee is $30 per month. CASP CASP Traffic Probation-Probation for any traffic offense. During course of probation will run periodic driving record checks. Fee $50 for one year of probation. CASP State Probation and Parole-Court ordered supervised probation for Felony and some Misdemeanor offenses. Fee vary. No test. Fee $14 Mercy Hospital DDC-Defensive Driving Course-Eight hour course designed for offenders with one or two traffic offenses. Fee $60 DIP-Driver Improvement Program Eight hour course. Fee $60 Traffic Safety Awareness or R.A.U.D Reacting Against Unsafe Driving-8 (2 hr. classes) 16 hours Fee $25 per 2 hr. class ($200 total)-depends on individual situation. Fee $ NACIA (National Anti-Crime Institute of America) Speeder s Payback Program-12 hrs of community service within 60 days for any first time traffic offender. Fee $60 CASP YTOP-Young Traffic Offender Program-Offered as a collaborative Program with CoxHealth & Mercy Hospitals. Eight hour course for youth traffic offenders ages Fee $55 Odd months-mercy Hospital Even Months-CoxHealth Page 10 Page 7
10 Motorcycle Driving Programs: BRC-Beginners Riders Course-18 hr. education course. Fee $215 OTC ERC-Experienced Riders Course-6 hr. education course. Fee $89 OTC Minor in Possession (MIP): AMAP Alternatives Minor Awareness Program 8 hr class. Fee $150 ADP Adolescent Diversion Program 10 hr class. Fee $150 MAP Minor Awareness Program 8 hr class. Fee $150 Youth Programs: Alive at 25 Four hour course for traffic offenders Fee $45 R.A.Y.C - Reacting Against Youth Crime Classes for any youth with criminal behavior (Saturdays). Fee $50. NACIA YTOP-Young Traffic Offender Program Offered as collaborative program with Cox Health Systems and St. John s Hospital. Eight hour course for youth traffic offenders ages Fee $55. Odd months Mercy Hospital Even months - Cox Health Systems CSTAR (Children/Adolescents)-Treatment for teens with addictive disease. Medicaid approved program. Sliding Scale. Burrell Center Parenting: Family Education Classes-12 week classes (2 hrs each) for families dealing with substance abuse. Fee $240 KCCC Foundations of Fatherhood- 10 week workshop which promotes skills for responsible fathering. Fee $90 Parenting Life Skills Center Parenting Classes-Variety of parenting program for teens as well as court mandated parents. Fees vary. Burrell Behavioral Health Parenting Life Skills Center Sigma House Parenting in Recovery Various groups for families. Fees vary. A & M Recovery Child/Parent Relationship Training : Classes vary. Fee $5 per. Center City Counseling Clinic Children First (Divorcing Parents Program)-Classes every Monday & Wednesday. Program fee: $40/person. Burrell Behavioral Health step programs: Alcoholics Anonymous Free 12-step recovery program meeting at various times and locations.
