For over 50 years, Banner Plant Limited has offered a wide range of products and services for sale and hire. Road Link (A69) Limited conduct road maintenance and associated works on the A69 trunk road between Carlisle and Newcastle upon Tyne. This long-term contract was one of the first awarded via the Government s Private Finance Initiative. We create wealth in a number of ways: 140 sites in strategic land bank totalling some 9,985 acres; 42 sites with residential planning permission; for over 11,500 plots; 99.6m inventory value of assets in strategic land bank; 55m is our forward order book in the construction business for 2015; 27.5m gross value of plant assets available to rent; 3,200 circa live plant contracts per week (average); 6.5m average rent role for 15 investment properties; 14.5m sales of investment property during 2014; and Acquisition of 7,066 sq ft property by Stonebridge.

He has the responsibility for the subsidiary company boards, Group profitability and continues to guide in the achievement of the highest level of return for a given level of risk. Along with John Sutcliffe, Jamie is responsible for communicating strategy and results to both private and institutional investors. Along with Jamie Boot, he sits on all subsidiary board of directors and helps relay subsidiary strategy back to the main Board.
