Students have the primary responsibility for financing their graduate education and should be prepared to do so if they do not receive financial support from the College or an external source. 2. Applicants should read the statement of financing graduate education found on the College Website 3. Persons admitted to the MSW Program should understand that the majority of financial support provided by the College is need based. They should not request the Illinois Certification Testing System to do this for them. Individuals who are not able to submit their TAP test results prior to the January 31 application deadline may mail a hard copy of their test results. All test results must be received by March 15 by the College. Applicants who took the ACT Plus Writing test within the last ten years may submit that test in in lieu of the TAP if they have a composite test score of at least 22.
