1 SmartTouch R CRM Enhancements 1. Administrators now have an Account Preferences Section where you can view s & phones in search views. You now have the option to view Address and/or Phone Number columns in search & group views.
2 Checking both will display both as seen below. 2. Landing page forms now auto fill will prospect info from SmartTouch when they are sent an e- campaign. SmartTouch now recognizes the information a prospect has in their record and auto fills it within the form of landing pages. Therefore, when the prospect clicks on an and it directs them to the landing page, the form will automatically fill that information in. Note: You must include particular scripts on your landing page in order for it to work in conjunction with SmartTouch. (See the scripts below the image.)
3 THE SCRIPT Add this script to the BOTTOM of a SmartTouch campaign landing page above the </body> tag. You don't have to modify anything else. Just add the script to the bottom of the HTML page above the closing </body> tag. ADD TEXT TO LANDING PAGE To add text to a campaign landing page use these id's for each field text you want displayed. The text between the tags is replaced with the field data in the SmartTouch database for that record. AUTO FILL FORM ON LANDING PAGE Here is how you use it for form fields. 5 3. Account Executives can now receive real- time SmartTouch Marketing Automation Notifications when their prospect views and/or clicks on a campaign preference question. To make this adjustment, simply go to the Marketing Automation tab, click on a campaign script, and click the Notify Account Executive checkbox and save the script. Note: you typically want the notifications sent only on clicks for 1- click preference options. 4. SmartTouch Marketing Automation Notifications now include the contact details of the basic information of a contact stored in SmartTouch. Details include Company, , Address, City, State, Zip, Mobile Phone, Work Phone, and Home Phone.
6 5. Campaign Series can now be set to deploy at a certain time. You can now set a campaign series to send at a certain time. To do so, go to the marketing automation tab, then go to campaign series. Select the series, and set the time. 6. You can now create a new custom report and apply any search/group to it. To do so, go to the reports tab, and click New Custom Report. Build your report by adding fields, then click save report. When saving, leave the save search parameters box as no. From this point, you can run any search, or open any group, and apply the custom report to it. It will dynamically changes as you apply different searches/groups to it. 7. Campaign Reports now display a column for Campaign Title so you know exactly which campaign goes with each report.
7 8. All columns in searches, groups, reports, and campaign reports can now be sorted in either Ascending or Descending order for easy data searching. In the example below, the campaign reports have been sorted by view in descending order. 9. You can now click and drag fields in reports to rearrange them in the order best suited for your data management.
8 10. Online registrations new to your SmartTouch account can now be automatically approved and assigned with one click. The Auto- Approve feature includes automatically adding new records to your SmartTouch account as well as auto- updating current records. Once you click on an online registration, it takes you to the page where you can approve & assign them. At the top, you can select the Account Executive, and the sales status and then click auto approve. The system will automatically approve & assign those leads that are new in the system and will let you know how many have been approved. Those left to approve are leads that are already in the system and need to be updated. Note: Clicking Auto Approve New will automatically approve only new records to the system. The Auto Approve All button will automatically approve both new records and update current records with their new form information new to the system. Note: It does not update addresses. 11. You can now view your last 10 records you viewed via the Recently Viewed section in the left panel of your SmartTouch account. The Recently Viewed records arrange in order by the top one being the most recently viewed down to the last 5 th you recently viewed. Click on the name to go to that record. Hold your mouse over the name to see the records name and company.
9 12. Dynamically Generate Survey Results & Summaries via Forms. Click on the paperclip to download form submissions in excel format. Click on the Chart icon to download the chart. To set up your internet form submission chart, click on the edit form icon to open the form. Once in the form, make your appropriate selections next to the fields you would like to display in your charting report. Select the chart type in the drop down. Then click Save Settings at the bottom of your internet form to save.
10 If you have selections that you would like to display within the same chart (Grouping is for checkbox fields.) you can add a Report group via the Report Group name box. Once you add the group, it will display at the bottom of the report. Once you add your group, check the checkbox fields and make the group selection in the dropdown. 13. The Copy Contact feature now clears out the Title field when copied.
11 14. Marketing Automation scripts now allow a record to receive additional lead points for each time they click in an Automated campaign.
12 15. Campaign Series now has the ability for each campaign within the series to resend to the not viewed list with a new subject and a text message. 16. The Adding Fields to reports drop down is now in alphabetical order for easy viewing.
13 17. The Approve & Assign leads section Set Task area now includes the same functions as in the original Set Task dialog box like the 3 Quick Set options, Contact Details, Week at a Glance, and Export to Outlook functions.
14 18. You can now view reports as a search while maintaining all report data in the order you have set in your reports. Note: Only those fields you have in your report will display in the search view.
15 19. You can now have your prospects with sales status s dump into groups you want based off what you specify in your Record Type Preferences. Within your record settings, select a sales status from the sales status drop down, and the group you want the record to be placed in from the add record to this group. Then, click Add. Once you set up your sales status s to add to groups, click the Update button. Note: Records do not get removed from groups, only added.
16 20. You can now assign the Lead Source and/or Sales Status to update a record s information in Marketing Automation Scripts based of the record s viewing and/or clicking of a Marketing Automation campaign. Simply open the marketing automation script per campaign, and update the drop downs accordingly. 21. Restricted Sales Users can now export reports via the Export Report button.
17 22. You can now export a report that is viewed as a search and have it maintain the report layout as you created. For example, if you view a report as a search, not only will the same columns in your report display in the search, but they will export into an excel sheet the same way as well. 23. A record can now receive a Campaign Series multiple times.
18 24. You can now change the name of the Campaign Sender when sending a campaign to a group or search. To do this, simply click the icon next to the Campaign Sender drop down. Type in the name of the new sender and click OK.
19 The Campaign Sender has now been updated for this campaign send. 25. You now have the option to choose Customer as a Contact Type. In doing so, that record will not show up in your Marketing Hot List on the Dashboard even if they view your marketing campaigns. 26. You now have the option to choose Customer as a Contact Type.
