4 Lee Morris v Thames (Roofing & Building Supplies) Limited LEE S CASE: Lee was a roofer. Whilst collecting some roofing tiles one day, he was involved in a horrendous accident. A forklift truck veered out of control and crushed him against his van. He was lucky to escape with his life, but his leg had been severely crushed.
