5 Description of RCP Master software Simple installation and use Clear user interface (patterned on MS Office) Evaluation version available for 60 days Free of charge updating to the latest version of software Single and multi user versions Licenses depending on number of employees: up to 50, up to 250, above 250 5

6 Licenses LICENSES SINGLE-USER LICENSE License assigned to particular PC Two-time, free of charge license transfer to another PC MULTI-USER LICENSE License server with purchased license key, installed on single PC. Non-licensed version of the RPC Master software is installed on other computers and it connects with license server in order to verify license validity as well as to enable or block (e.g. as a result of exceeding allowed number of workstations) software starting. Advantages: Lower cost, license is not assigned to particular computer and depends only on the number of purchased workstations. 15 Calendar day types Calendar day types are used for defining daily work schedule and they are elements used for creation of work calendars. Exemplary day types: Public holiday Working day 7:00am- 3:00pm Extra working day 7:00am-3:00pm Flexible hours working day 15
