5 Vouchers Vouchers are available for all treatments offered, valid for three months from date of purchase, in the event that a recipient would not enjoy the treatment specified the voucher could be used for other treatments of the same value. CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY: CANCELLATION POLICY Rescheduling within 48 Hours of your date will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of your spa booking and a cancellation fee will be chargeable.
