2 FUTSAL LEAGUE RULES 2014/ FUTSAL LEAGUE 1.1 The Futsal League is made up of the following divisions :- i. First Division The top division consisting of the 10 (Ten ) Teams listed in Schedule 1 hereto; ii. Second Division The second division consisting of the 11 (Eleven) Teams listed in Schedule 2 hereto; iii. Third Division The Third division consisting of the 9 (Nine) Teams listed in Schedule 3 hereto (each a Division and together referred to as the League ) 2. CONTROL OF THE LEAGUES 2.1 The organisation, control and management of the League shall be the sole responsibility of the GFA; 2.2 The Council of the GFA (as this term is defined in the GFA Statutes) acting through the Committee of Futsal (the Futsal Committee ) shall have the power to add, alter and/or remove these rules; 2.3 All Teams participating in the League must comply with and shall be bound by these Rules; 2.4 The Council has the power to take action and make decisions, orders, rulings and impose such penalties as it deems appropriate in relation to any matter not specifically mentioned in these Rules. 2.5 The GFA has exclusive entitlement and authorisation to use, sell or otherwise exploit all marketing and commercial rights associated with the League 3. LAWS OF THE GAME 3.1 Unless provided for in these Rules, all Matches (as defined below) in the League will be played in conformity with the FIFA Futsal Laws of the Game as amended from time to time. 2

3 4. LEAGUE COMPETITION FACTORS 4.1 The following League factors will be confirmed by the Futsal Committee to Teams by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the relevant season :- i. Commencement Date of the League; ii. Commencement date of each Division; iii. Number of Teams in each Division; iv. Number of Rounds in each Division; v. Fixture Schedule for each Division; vi. Number of Teams eligible for Promotion to a higher Division; and vii. Number of Teams eligible for Relegation to a lower Division. 5. PARTICIPATION IN LEAGUE 5.1 A team may only participate in the League if it is duly registered with the GFA as or under a Club Member (as this term is defined in the GFA Statutes). 5.2 A Club Member may only have one team in each Division at any given time. The Futsal Committee will, in its sole discretion, decide whether a Team belongs to a Club Member for the purposes of this Rule. 5.3 A Team must register its Player Members (as this term is defined in the GFA Statutes) in accordance with Rule 6 below and must adhere to the Home Grown Player Rules more particularly defined in Schedules 4 & 5 hereinafter contained. 5.4 A Team may only acquire and transfer its Player Members in accordance with Rules below. 6. PLAYER MEMBER REGISTRATION 6.1. A Player Member is only eligible to register in the League if he is over the age of 16 years During any given season, the maximum number of Player Members registered in a team is During any given season, the minimum number of Player Members registered in a team is 9. 3

4 6.4. In a team of 14, a minimum of 5 places are reserved exclusively for Home Grown Players (as this term is defined in Schedule 4 below) 6.5. The possible combinations that enable teams with different number of Player Members to comply with these requirements are set out in Schedule If a team has fewer than 5 Home Grown Players, then the maximum number of Player Members that can be registered is reduced accordingly. Refer to Schedule 4 for the possible combinations to comply with the requirements If a team cannot rely on the services of its registered goalkeeper because of long-term injury or illness, the team concerned may temporarily replace the goalkeeper concerned and register a new goalkeeper at any time during the season. An injury or illness is considered long-term if, in the opinion of the GFA official doctor, it is expected to last at least 30 days from the day the injury or illness started/occurred. In the event that an injured or ill goalkeeper is replaced in accordance with this provision, but then subsequently recovers before the end of the 30-day period, he cannot be reinstated in the team in place of his substitute until after the 30 days have elapsed. If the replaced goalkeeper was registered as a Home Grown Player, the new goalkeeper does not need to be a Home Grown Player. The team must provide the GFA with the necessary medical evidence. The GFA may require further medical examination of the goalkeeper by an expert appointed by the GFA at the cost of the Club Member. Once the injured or ill goalkeeper is fit to be fielded again he can resume his position in place of his nominated substitute. The change must be announced to the GFA administration 24 hours before the next match in which the goalkeeper is due to play. 11-a-Side Player Members 6.8. A player may only be registered for one futsal club at a time. A Player Member may, however, also be registered for one eleven-a-side club during this time (the Eleven-a-Side Player Member ). It is not necessary for the futsal and the eleven-a-side team to belong to the same Club Member An Eleven-a-Side Player Member must submit a written letter of Consent issued and signed by an authorised signatory of the eleven-a-side team with which he is registered, confirming that the team has no objection to his registration as a futsal Player Member. 7. PLAYER MEMBER REGISTRATION STATUS 7.1 Player Members must be registered with the GFA as amateurs or professionals. 7.2 A professional is a Player Member who has a written Professional Contract (as defined in Rule 12.1 below) with a Club Member and earns more for his footballing activity than the expenses he effectively incurs. All other Player Members are considered to be amateurs. 4

5 8. GFA STANDARD AMATEUR AGREEMENT 8.1.The GFA will circulate to Club Members, an updated and valid GFA Amateur Agreement at the commencement of the summer transfer window, which may be used by Teams to sign Player Members under Amateur Status for the League (the GFA Agreement ). Alternatively, a Team is free to use its own amateur agreement for its Player Members (the Club Agreement.) (The GFA Agreement and the Club Agreement are hereinafter together called the Amateur Agreement ). 8.2.In order for an Amateur Agreement to be valid; i. the Player Member must be at least 16 years of age at the date of the execution of the same; and ii. The duration Term (as this term is defined in the Amateur Agreement) cannot exceed 3 years; 8.3.The Amateur Agreement will be regulated by these Rules and the GFA Statutes only, and shall within the scope of the GFA s powers, be deemed to be binding on the Club Member and the Player Member for the duration of the Term once the same has been registered with the GFA. 8.4.An Amateur Agreement can only be terminated in accordance with the terms therein contained. 8.5.Amateur Players will be registered with the GFA as Amateurs once the following documentation has been submitted to the GFA Registration Department :- i. The duly completed and signed GFA Registration Form confirming the Player is registered with the GFA; and ii. The Amateur Agreement dated and executed by an authorised signatory of the Club Member & the Player Member for a term not exceeding 3 years. 9. TRANSFER & REGISTRATION WINDOW 9.1 There will be two transfer windows in each League Season as follows : The first commences on 1 st September and ends on 30 th September if a working day - or, if not, on the first working day thereafter, at a time determined by the GFA Council (the Summer Window ) The second transfer window commences at midnight on the 31 December and ends on the 31 January if a working day, and 5

6 again, if not, on the first working day thereafter, at a time determined by the GFA Council (the Winter Window ) 9.2 During each Transfer Window, teams are able to Transfer Player Members in accordance with Rules below. 9.3 Transfers outside the Transfer Windows will not be allowed. 10. TRANSFERS & REGISTRATIONS 10.1 An Amateur Player can only be transferred to another club during the GFA Transfer Window(s) An Amateur Player who is registered under an Amateur Agreement cannot be prevented from signing a Professional Contract with another Club Member The Procedure for the transfer of an Amateur Player will be different if the transfer will change the Player status from Amateur to Professional. 11. TRANSFER OF AMATEUR PLAYER MEMBERS 11.1 When the transfer of an Amateur Player will not affect the Amateur status of the Player Member, the procedure for a Transfer is as follows :- i. The Club Member wishing to acquire the Amateur Player Member (the Interested Club ) writes to the Amateur Player Member s current registered Club Member formally expressing an interest and requesting permission to speak to the Player Member to agree personal terms (the Letter of Interest ); ii. The Club Member, within 7 days of receiving the Letter of Interest, must reply to the Interested Club on one the following grounds : iii. Accept the request to speak to the Player Member; iv. Deny the request to speak to the Player Member; 11.2 If the request is accepted, the Interested Club and the Player Member may enter into a new Amateur Agreement and the Player can be registered with the GFA by providing the new Amateur Agreement together with a duly completed GFA Transfer Form If the request is denied, the Player Member must respect the Amateur Agreement and remain with the current Team for the duration of the Term therein contained. 6

7 11.4 If at any point, during the period of 1 calendar year from the date of the registration mentioned at 11.2 above, the status of the Player transferred changes to professional, the provisions relating to professional transfers and the Fixed Value Grading System (as this term is defined below) will apply. Amateur Transfer to Professional Status 11.5 The GFA will establish a Fixed Value Grading System for Amateur Players, based on the following factors :- i. Age of Player Member ii. Number of Years registered under the Club Member iii. Percentage of Official League Matches Played in Season iv. Remaining term in Amateur Agreement 11.6 When an Amateur Player signs a Professional Contract with a new Club Member, the GFA Fixed Value Grading System will be applied The Fixed Value Grading System is subject to review by the GFA on an annual basis and must be in place by no later than 1 st June of each year If an Amateur Player Member has played between 0-20% of matches in the current season (or in the case of a Transfer during the Summer Window, the previous Season), the current value of all other Factors will decrease by 50% The Procedure for an Amateur Player Transfer to Professional Status is as follows :- i. For the purposes of this procedure, the interested club will be referred to as the Buying Club and the Club Member who owns the Player member will be referred to as the Selling Club ii. The Buying Club writes to the Secretary of the Selling Club formally expressing an interest in offering the Player Member a professional contract and requesting permission to speak to the Player Member to agree personal terms (the Letter of Interest ); iii. The Selling Club, within 7 days of receiving the Letter of Interest, must reply in writing (the Reply ) to accept the request to speak to the Player Member and confirm to the Buying Club, the Fixed Value of the Player in accordance with the Fixed Value Grading System; iv. Before the Player Member signs the Professional Contract, the Buying Club must pay the Fixed Value to the Selling Club. 7

8 11.10 The Selling Club can, if it chooses to do so, waive the Fixed Value Grading System and release the Amateur Player Member at no cost to the Buying Club In order to register the transfer with the GFA, the Buying Club must, during the Transfer Window period :- i. Pay the Fixed Value to the Selling Club & provide proof of payment; and ii. Register the Professional Contract with the GFA together with the duly completed GFA Transfer Form. 12. TRANSFER OF PROFESSIONAL PLAYER MEMBERS A Professional Contract is a Contract signed by a Club Member and Player Member in which the Player Member will be or has the possibility of being remunerated more for his footballing activity than the expenses he effectively incurs A Professional Contract must contain the minimum requirements for standard professional football Player contracts, as stipulated in the Agreement for Standard Player Contracts in the Professional Football Sector in the European Union and in the rest of UEFA Territory entered into between UEFA, the European Teams Association, FIFpro and the European Professional Football Leagues on 19 th April Professional Player Members must abide by the terms of their Professional Contract Any dispute arising out of the Professional Contract will be dealt with by the governing Jurisdiction set out in the said Contract. The GFA is under no obligation to intervene Club Members are free to transfer their Professional Player Members during the Transfer Windows, in accordance with the terms of the Player Member s Professional Contract and 12.6 below The Procedure for the transfer of a Professional Player is as follows :- i. The Secretary of the Buying Club writes to the Secretary of the Club with an offer to acquire the Player Member (the Offer ); ii. The Club Member must, within 7 days of receiving the Offer, reply to the Buying Club on the following grounds : 1. Accept the Offer and allow the Buying Club to speak to the Player Member to agree personal terms; 8

9 2. Deny the Offer; 3. Propose a Counter offer iii. If the Offer is accepted, and the Buying Club has agreed personal terms with the Player Member, the Buying Club must pay the transfer fee (if any) or fulfil any other promises contained in the Offer before the transfer is deemed complete. iv. If the Selling Club replies with a Counter offer, the Selling Club & Buying Club may enter into negotiations to reach an agreement If an agreement is reached and all promises/fees have been paid between the Selling Club and Buying Club, the Professional Player Member transfer can be completed In order to register the transfer with the GFA, the Buying Club must, during the Transfer Window period :- i. Pay the agreed fee to the Selling Club & provide proof of payment; and ii. Register the Professional Contract with the GFA together with the duly completed GFA Transfer Form. 13 TEMPORARY TRANSFERS (LOANS) 13.1 Player Members can be temporarily transferred to another Club Member on a temporary basis under the following :- i. Short Term Loan a loan transfer for a period of no fewer than 28 days, and no more than 93 days in any one Season; or ii. Long Term Loan a loan transfer for a period in excess of 93 days in any one season 13.2 A Team can have up to a maximum of three (3) Short Term Loans during a Season A Team can have up to a maximum of two (2) Long Term Loans during a Season In order to complete a loan transfer, the Team receiving the Loaned Player must provide the GFA with a written agreement signed by both themselves and the Club loaning out the Player, outlining the terms of the said Loan A Loan Transfer can only be completed during the Transfer Window. 9

10 14 REGISTRATION OF FREE AGENTS 14.1 A player not registered as a player with a Football Association and who is not under any contractual obligation as a player with a Football Club is considered to be a Free Agent A Club Member is free to register a Free Agent outside the Transfer Window, but by no later than the closing date of the Winter Transfer Window set at above The Club Member must submit to the GFA, the GFA Free Agent Club Declaration signed by the President or Secretary, confirming to the GFA that the player indeed meets the criteria of a Free Agent stipulated in 14.1 above. 15 THE LEAGUE COMPETITION SCORING SYSTEM 15.1 Each registered team shall play each other in their respective Divisions (the League Match ); 15.2 The winner of each League Match shall score three points. Each team participating in a League Match which is drawn, shall score 1 point. No points are awarded to the team that loses a Match; THE LEAGUE TABLE 15.3 The results of the League Matches shall be recorded by the GFA in a table containing in respect of each team and Division the following information : i. The number of League Matches played in that Season; ii. The number of League Matches won, drawn and lost as a Home team in that Season; iii. The number of League Matches won, drawn and lost as a Visiting team in that Season; iv. The number of goals scored in League Matches by and by against that team in that Season; v. The number of points scored by the team in that Season 15.4 The position of teams in the table shall be determined by the number of points scored in that Season, the team having the scored the highest number of points being at the top of the table, and the team having scored the lowest number of points being at the bottom 10

11 15.5 If any two or more teams have scored the same number of points their position in the table shall be determined on goal difference, that is to say, the difference between the total number of goals scored by and against a team in League Matches in that Season, and the higher or highest placed team shall be the team with the higher or highest goal difference If any two or more team have scored the same number of points and have the same goal difference, the higher or highest placed team shall be the team having scored the most goals in League Matches that Season; 15.7 Subject to below, if any two or more teams have scored the same number of points, have the same goal difference and have scored the same number of goals in League Matches in that Season, they shall be deemed to occupy the same position in the table. LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP 15.8 The team which is at the top of the table at the end of the Season shall be the League Champions in their respective Divisions, and as such, shall receive a trophy which it shall return to the GFA in good order and condition by no later than 3 weeks prior to the final League Match of the next Season Any damage to the trophy will need to be paid by the Club Member under which the team is registered. Failure to do so will result in the GFA deducting the amount payable for the damage from any annual funds given to the Club Member by the GFA The League Champions shall further receive commemorative medals to be presented to the Team, its Manager and to all of its Player Members. PROMOTION AND RELEGATION In the case of the Second Division, the League Champion shall be promoted to the First Division for the following Season. In the case of the Third Division, the League Champion shall be promoted to the Second Division In the case of the First Division, the team that finishes at the bottom of the table at the end of the Season shall be relegated to the Second Division for the following Season. In the case of the Second Division, the team that finishes at the bottom of the table at the end of the Season shall be relegated to the Third Division for the following Season. PLAY OFFS The team that finishes second last in the First Division shall play a play-off match against the team that finishes runner-up in the Second Division. (the First Division League Play-Off ) The winner of the First Division League Play-Off shall play in the First Division the next Season, and the loser shall play in the Second Division the next Season; 11

12 15.14 The team that finishes second last in the Second Division shall play a play-off match against the team that finishes runner-up in the Third Division. (the Second Division League Play-Off ) The winner of the Second Division Play- Off shall play in the Second Division the next Season, and the loser shall play in the Third Division the next Season; If at the conclusion of the Season, the League Champion, Promotion and/or Relegation places cannot be determined as a result of 2 or more teams being equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the teams concerned shall play each other in a one off play-off match. The result of the play-off shall be as follows :- i. In the case of a play off for the League Championship winner, the winner of the Play Off shall become League Champion; ii. In the case of a play off for Promotion and Relegation, the winner of the match shall play in the Higher Division the following Season, the loser shall play in the Lower Division in the following Season; iii. In the case of and above, the winner of the match shall play the First Division and Second Division League Play-off respectively. INABILITY TO FIELD A TEAM ON MATCH DAY In the event that a Club Member is unable to field a team for any League Match, the Club Member must write to the Secretary of the Futsal Committee by no later than 72 hours prior to the League Match, explaining the reasons for not being able to field a team The Secretary of the Futsal Committee will then inform the Futsal Committee who, in its sole discretion, and after having considered the matter, decide whether or not to re-schedule the League Match in question In the event that the Futsal Committee decides the League Match should be rescheduled, the Futsal Committee Fixture Secretary will be instructed to provide a new date for the postponed Match In the event that the Futsal Committee decides the League Match in question should continue, and the Club Member does not field a team, the 3 points will be awarded to the opponent Team in the League Match in question. PLAYERS A Match is played by two teams, consisting of a maximum of 5 Player Members on each team; A Match may not start if a team consists of fewer than 3 Player Members. In such a case, the Match will be abandoned and the team with fewer than 3 Player Members will lose the Match. 12

13 SUBSTITUTIONS A maximum of 5 substitutes may be used in any Match; The number of substitutions made in a Match is unlimited In conformity with and above, a team cannot list more than 10 Player Members in a Match Team Sheet (the Match Day Squad ) The Match Day Squad must consist of a minimum of 4 Home Grown Players The possible combinations that enable teams with different number of Player Members to comply with these requirements are set out in Schedule ADVERTISING 16.1 For the purposes of this Rule, the following words have the following definition and interpretation :- i. Advertising means any designation, message, logo, trademark, name or emblem of any nature; ii. Clothing means the Match clothing of a Player Member or Team and shall include, without limitation shirts, shorts, socks, undershorts, t-shirts (or any other item of clothing worn under the shirt), sweat-bands, headbands, caps, tracksuits, gloves, waterproofs, sweat tops, sock tie-ups. Also, any outer garments worn by substitutes and Club Officials in the Technical Area at any time. iii. Football boots means any footwear worn during the period of a Match by a Player Member 16.2 Save as hereinafter stated, Advertising on Clothing and Football boots is prohibited during the period of a Match. This applies to Player Members, including substitutes and Club Officials The appearance on, or incorporation in, any item of clothing (including Football boots) of any distasteful, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting, discriminatory or otherwise ethically or morally offensive message, or any political message is prohibited. The advertising of tobacco products is prohibited. A Player Member removing his shirt to reveal slogans, advertising or personal statements will be sanctioned by the GFA. PERMITTED ADVERTISING 16.4 Club Emblem and Name: i. On Football boots the officially designated Club emblem, name, initials, nickname or trademark registered by the Club Member, or a combination of such, may appear without restriction; 13

14 ii. On all other Clothing The officially designated Club emblem, name, initials, nickname or trademark registered by the Club Member, or a combination of such, may appear : 1. Once only on the front of the shirt, providing it does not exceed an area of 100 square centimetres; and 2. Once only anywhere on the shorts, providing it does not exceed an area of 50 square centimetres; and 3. Once only on each sock, providing it does not exceed an area of 50 square centimetres 16.5 Clothing Manufacturer 16.6 Numbers i. On Football boots The established mark, logo, name, or model/style of football boots or their manufacturer, or a combination of the same, may appear without restriction ii. On all other Clothing The established mark, logo, name or model/style of a clothing manufacturer, or a combination of the same, may appear once only; 1. On the shirt and on the shorts provided it is an area no greater than 20 square centimetres; 2. On each of the goalkeeper s gloves, and on a goalkeeper s cap, provided such does no exceed an area of 20 square centimetres; 3. On each of an outfield Player s gloves provided such does not exceed an area of 20 square centimetres; 4. On the front and back on any t-shirt or any other item of clothing worn under the shirt provided such does not exceed an area of 20 square centimetres and this is not visible outside the playing shirts during the period of the Match; 5. On undershorts worn under playing shorts provided such does not exceed an area of 20 square centimetres and this is not visible outside the playing shorts during the period in the Match i. On Football boots A Player Member s shirt number may appear on his boots without restriction; ii. On all other Clothing the Player Member s shirt number must be clearly legible and positioned in the centre of the back of the shirt; 14

15 iii. The number should be between 20cm and 35cm in height; iv. The number may also appear on the front of the shorts which must correspond with the number on the shirt; v. The number on the shorts should be between 10cm and 15cm in height; vi. The officially designated logo or name of the League Competition or combination of the same may appear once only on each of the Player Member s shirt numbers providing the logo, name or combination does not exceed an area of 20 square centimetres. No other advertising or other marking is allowed on a Player Member s shirt number 16.7 Players Names i. On Football boots a Player Member s name, including any appropriate nickname or initials, may appear on that Player Member s boots without restriction. Other names, places, appropriate nicknames or numbers of personal significance to that Player may also appear on that Player Member s boots without restriction; ii. On all other Clothing the name of the Player Member may appear on the back of shirts or tracksuits. The height of the lettering must not be greater than 7.5 centimetres; 17 SPONSOR DESIGNATIONS 17.1 No sponsor advertising is permitted anywhere on the clothing of a Player Member on the field of play during a Match except as provided for below The following sponsorship advertising is permitted :- i. Playing Kit On the Clothing of a Player Member on the field of play, the following areas shall be permitted to be used for advertising :- 1. One single area not exceeding 200 square centimetres on the front of the shirt; 2. One single area not exceeding 100 square centimetres on the back of the shirt; 3. One single area not exceeding 100 square centimetres on the back of the shorts; ii. Tracksuits and other clothing in the Technical Area Advertising may appear on tracksuits, and other items of clothing other than the clothing of a Player Member, on the field of play during a Match in accordance with the size and locations set out in 16.2(i) above 15

16 iii. The advertising carried on the tracksuits and other clothing worn by Player Members and Club Officials in the Technical Area can be either: 1. The same sponsor(s) as worn on the playing kit (home or away strips); 2. Be additional to the sponsors as worn on the playing kit; 3. A single sponsor that is an official partner of the relevant Division Club Members may conclude sponsorship arrangements with different companies in respect of advertising permitted in 16.2(i) above for both their home and away strips One or more companies may be advertised and, in respect of any one company, one or more of their products. The same advertising must appear in the same form on the clothing of all Player Members and Club Officials wherever such advertising appears, throughout the entirety of the Match. 18 PLAYER IDENTIFICATION AND STRIP 18.1 Before the commencement of each Season each Club Member shall allocate a different shirt number to each Player Member of its team A Club Member shall likewise allocate a shirt number to any Player Member joining its team during the Season Save with the prior written consent of the Council, shirt numbers shall commence with the number one and shall be allocated consecutively While he remains with the Club Member, a Player Member will retain his shirt number throughout the Season for which it was allocated Upon a Player Member leaving a team, the shirt number allocated to him may be re-allocated When playing in League Matches each Player Member shall wear a shirt on the back of which shall be prominently displayed his shirt number and (if so wished) above that his surname or such other name as may be approved in writing by the Council The Player Member s shirt number shall also appear on the front of his shorts The colour and design of the Club Member s shirt, shorts and socks (together the Kit ) shall be submitted by the Club Member to the GFA by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the next Season 16

17 18.9 The colour and design of the shirt and socks worn by the goalkeeper when playing in League Matches shall be such as to distinguish him from the other Players and from Match Officials Where the Kit of two competing teams are similar, the team deemed to be playing Away (the team listed second on the fixture list) must change to its Away Kit unless alternative arrangements are mutually agreed by the two competing teams in conjunction with the Match Officials The Kit cannot be so similar to the clothing worn by Match Officials that it would cause the colours to clash The captain of each team appearing in a League Match shall wear an armband indicating his status as such. 19 MATCH OFFICIALS 19.1 All League Matches will be administered and refereed by a Gibraltar FA Registered Referee, in accordance with the Gibraltar FA Referee Regulations as amended from time to time. 20 TEAM SHEETS 20.1 A Team Sheet as prescribed from time to time by the GFA, containing a list of Player Members, substitutes and corresponding shirt numbers must be duly completed by each competing team by no later than 30 minutes prior to kick off The Match Officials will check each Team Sheet in accordance with the GFA Referee Regulations and clause above. 21 DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS 21.1 Any dispute or complaint by a Team regarding another Team in relation to any matter applicable to the League, shall be dealt by the Futsal Committee in accordance with the GFA Disciplinary Procedure. 22 POLICIES AND REGULATIONS 22.1 The following Statutes, Policies and Regulations apply to these Rules and all GFA Members must adhere to them during their participation in the League and as long as they are Members of the GFA :- i. Anti-Doping Regulations; ii. Social Media Policy; 17

GFA Disciplinary Procedure A copy of the above shall be circulated to all Teams participating in the League, and it is the responsibility of each Team to ensure their registered Player Members are fully aware of the repercussions in the event of their breach. 23 BREACH OF RULES 23.1 Any breach of these Rules will be dealt with by the GFA Disciplinary Procedure contained in the GFA Statutes 24 APPLICABILITY OF RULES These Rules will regulate the 2014/2015 League Season and will reviewed at the end of the Season. 18
