3 STREAMLINE UNIT & REFRIGERATOR, IN CABINET STREAMLINE UNIT KEY ATTRIBUTES: Convenience POWER is incorporated into both ends of the center unit, visible from the desk and entry of the room. This reassures guests that all of their connection needs have been met. Incorporates a BEVERAGE CENTER including coffee maker, cups and ice bucket. 5 HEADBOARD & NIGHTSTANDS KEY ATTRIBUTES: Headboard is upholstered with non-porous fabric and is tufted for comfort while sitting or working in bed. New fabric performance specifications and standards provides the durability and anti-microbial protection. The tuft on the headboard can be a grid or waterfall channels. This prevents sagging of upholstery fabric. A wall sconce is required to be used above a minimum of one nightstand. This allows for adequate space for the phone and clock. The wood-toned headboard with side panels adds to the overall design of the room, supports the solidcolored nightstands, and conceals lighting cords. Power is integrated into the nightstands. Outlets above the nightstand are for guest convenience, while outlets below are for the decorative lighting, alarm clock and telephone. Provide a grommet and wire management at each nightstand for a neat appearance. Cantilevered nightstands help ensure the floor around the bed is quick and easy to clean and guests don t forget personal items.

Careful coordination of dimensions ensures the sofa/chaise, activity chair, lounge chair, ottomans and C-table all work well with each other. The required and updated pullout bed frame mechanism eliminates feeling a bar in the middle of your back, while an improved sleeper sofa mattress technology provides support and comfort much like a traditional mattress. Fabric technologies keep materials residential in feeling while offering durability. The softgoods contrast with the walls and the color is saturated but soothing. Neutral colors are acceptable as long as there is depth of texture and contrast to the wall finish. The fabric is textured with no recognizable pattern and low nap. The accent pillow is a pattern in a contrasting fabric and the colors are pulled from the rest of the room. A contrasting welt may be used. Designers to coordinate leg finish with casegoods.

9 PAIR OF OTTOMANS KEY ATTRIBUTES: Careful coordination of certain heights will ensure the ottomans, sofa, activity chair and C-table all work well together. Pulls are provided on two sides to ensure ease of mobility. Concealed casters are integrated into the overall design allowing easy movement and guest placement. Textured vinyl performance specifications provide the durability for use as a luggage bench or an ottoman. The style of the ottoman is simple and clean and allows an opportunity to add flavor and detail that relates to the overall room style. Color selection of vinyl upholstery should contrast with the streamline unit so as to stand out when tucked away. Ottomans are carefully sized in each room to hold a roll-aboard, convert the sofa to a sectional or provide additional seating for the room.

High performance fabrics in a small scale pattern or texture that complements the window treatment and sofa / chaise fabric should be used.
