An RGB source is also available on some models. LEDPLUS may be installed as a recessed fixture in walls, floors, plazas or directly into earth. Fixtures are available in round, square and linear models. The round and square models are supplied with a molded thermoplastic housing. The linear fixtures have extruded aluminum housings with die cast aluminum end caps. All fixtures incorporate a 3/32 thick Type 304 stainless steel faceplate with a 3/8 thick tempered glass lens. The faceplate is secured to the housing by means of (2) selfretaining stainless steel screws. All fixtures are supplied with a molded silicone gasket that ensures a watertight seal of the electrical components. All fixtures are supplied with 12 of H05RN-F cord. The monochromatic fixtures are supplied with a 2 wire cable and the RBG fixtures are supplied with a 4 wire cable. All cable assemblies are supplied with the anti-siphon device molded inline with the cable. The diecast aluminum casings, when recessed in concrete, provide for a drive over resistance that could withstand 2200 lbs. All fixtures with clear lenses and narrow optics are provided with a polymer lens providing a 10 distribution and concentric ring glare guard. The fixtures have adjustable gimbals that allow for off axis aiming of the LED source. Verify the fixtures individual specifications for exact tilt angle possible adjustments. Fixtures used for indicator lighting are supplied with a darkened lens to minimize the visibility of the LED source. All fixtures are available with a number of different installation devices. The polypropylene tube recessing casings may be used in earth and fixtures supplied with low voltage cabling. The die cast aluminum casings are to be used in concrete pours or in vertical wall applications. All die cast aluminum casings are manufactured with copper free aluminum and organically coated to prevent galvanic action. All fixtures that are mounted in grade are to be installed over proper drainage. The use of a French Drain is highly recommended, however any method that will prevent the accumulation of water in the casing is acceptable. If soil or site conditions indicate, a suitable drain system must be installed. All fixtures have a surface lens temperature of less than 104 F. This makes these fixtures suitable for pedestrian areas where contact with human skin may present a problem for fixtures of higher wattage. All hardware shall be AISI 304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion. All fixtures have an IP68 rating which makes them suitable for submersion in water. The use of these products in pools or water that may be accessible by humans is not recommended.
