I had taken help from my seniors for interview preparation and how Stuggle you did in getting your first oracle job: to give answers of the questions which are of real time scenarios. I then got successfull to crack the Wipro Interview and got my first job as a Oracle DBA. My message to beginner is not just learn Oracle to clear the certification exam. Understand the fundamentals in very details. Your base should be very clear and then only it will help you in interview. Give your extra attention on practical lessons during : the coaching and do not skip a single practical. This will improve your confidence level and help you a lot in your first job.

My only suggestion for tutors would be to give extra focus on practicals and encourage students to complete all the practicals along with theory.
