COURSES Greetings to you on joining this institute. The schedule of the Personal Contact Programme (PCP) for the Academic Year is sent to you now. The PCP Classes for various courses will be conducted at different PCP Centres as mentioned in the schedule. You are advised to attend these classes. In this regard, you are instructed to note the following: 1. Students are advised to make their own arrangements for Board and Lodging. 2. Students are instructed to bring their ID Card / Tuition Fees paid Challan, notebooks, pens, pencils and calculators. 3. Students are not allowed to use Mobile Phones in the Classrooms. 4. The PCP Classes for Part I, Part II for First Year U.G. Courses will be held at all the PCP Centres. 5. The PCP Classes for alternative language subjects for Part I, viz, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Sanskrit, Hindi, French, Urdu, Arabic and Communicative for the First Year U.G. Courses will be held only at the University of Madras, Marina Campus (ORI), Kamarajar Salai, Chennai on Attendance will be taken on all the PCP days. 7. The Programme Schedule for the Contact Seminar is subject to modification, and if there is any change in the programme, the same will be intimated to the students through circular at the PCP Centres and also in the website : 8. Students are encouraged to offer their suggestions and feedback on any aspect of the PCP Programme to the Director by name with Enrolment Number and Course of Study. 9. Students are advised to pay the Tuition fee before the due date. 10.
