11 Prevention, Education and Training (P.E.T.) Team The Horizons Project Provides HIV/AIDS prevention, health education, and training to special populations, faithbased, community, substance abuse, mental health providers and other service agencies. Maternal and child health education is also provided and is aimed at reducing risks associated with mother to child transmission of HIV. Kohl s Injury Prevention The Kohl's Injury Prevention (KIPP) gives children and their family s information and support to make positive, health promoting choices about their personal safety and wellbeing.
