1 DataData Tariffs Price List BlackBerry from O2 All prices exclude VAT There are two basic types of BlackBerry Tariff: Enterprise Mail and Internet Mail. Both are detailed separately below. Pricing for BlackBerry with Enterprise Mail Minimum periods A minimum period of at least 12 months will apply to all BlackBerry connections. Further details are available in your BlackBerry Agreement. Airtime tariffs The following BlackBerry with Enterprise Mail airtime tariffs are available: BlackBerry from O2 data only (no voice calls are possible) BlackBerry from O2 data centric (For details of voice charges see BlackBerry from O2 with voice (Voice call rates as determined by contract) Line Rental Charges Recommended Retail Price for BlackBerry with Enterprise Mail monthly subscription is 28. An additional voice subscription may be charged unless a data only or data centric connection is taken. 2 Roaming Charges The Charges as set out below do not include any voice roaming Charges. These details can be found at: O2 offers roaming as an element of the BlackBerry Service with the following Charges: Option 1 A monthly line rental supplementary charge of per Device with BlackBerry connectivity, which will cover all BlackBerry APN roaming usage for that period. The line rental charge will be charged every month irrespective of whether the Customer roams with their Device and is aimed at high roaming users. Option 2 A daily charge of 5.00 will cover all BlackBerry APN roaming usage for that day. The daily charge shall only be raised if the BlackBerry user roams. Option 3 A per megabyte charge for BlackBerry APN roaming usage based on O2 s Mobile Web Charges laid out in the table below. The per megabyte charge shall only be raised if the BlackBerry user roams. The Minimum Charge specified in the table below is charged once for each network used in any one day (midnight to midnight). All new and existing BlackBerry users will be automatically activated with roaming Option 2 for BlackBerry APN usage as set out above. BlackBerry Device users may transfer between the roaming tariff options 1, 2 and/or 3 no more than once in any three month period. In the event that O2 advises the Customer that Charges for use of the WAP APN will commence and the Customer does not wish to pay for the use of the WAP APN the Customer may terminate its use of the WAP APN at any time prior to the date on which the Charges are introduced without any liability to O2 in respect of the Charges for the use of the WAP APN. For the avoidance of doubt, the introduction of Charges for the use of the WAP APN shall not constitute a change to the Customer s material disadvantage. 3 BlackBerry Device Equipment Charges With a new connection The price of a BlackBerry device with a new connection is determined by your voice subscription, your BlackBerry subscription, your monthly call spend contract duration and how much you ve paid for the BlackBerry Server software; BlackBerry devices can be provided free of charge if these criteria are satisfied. The packs of 10 and 50 client access licences are not compatible with the Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server : The following Charges apply to the purchase of Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange Software: Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server software including 5 end-user licences Additional single user Client Access Licence Additional packs of 5 end-user Client Access Licences Unlock Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server to full BlackBerry Enterprise Server key Each BlackBerry Device requires an end-user license in order to use the BlackBerry Service. The single user Client Access Licence and the packs of 5 user-licences are only compatible with the Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server. 4 This product removes the 15 user cap and transforms the Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server into a full BlackBerry Enterprise Server and adds 5 client access licences to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. BlackBerry Training O2 offer two training formats. The first is in mixed groups i.e. Several customers involved in the same training course. The second is for training dedicated to one Customer. Training for mixed groups is charged as follows: 1) For each copy of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software purchased from O2 the Customer is entitled to send one person to attend one IT Helpdesk Training Course on O2 premises. No charge will be made for this training. 2) If the Customer requires additional employees to undertake the IT Helpdesk Training Course or if the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software was not purchased from O2, O2 will charge each additional delegate 250 per day. Training dedicated to one Customer is charged as follows: 1) BlackBerry Training at a Customer s premises is charged at 1000 per full day and 600 per half day. The maximum number of attendees is 8 per course.

4 2) BlackBerry Training at an O2 site (Leeds, Slough, Preston Brook) is charged at 800 per full day and 500 per half day. The maximum number of attendees is 8 per course. Pricing for BlackBerry with Internet Mail Minimum periods A minimum period of at least 12 months will apply to all BlackBerry connections. Further details are available in your BlackBerry Agreement. 6 RIM BlackBerry 7130g 196 Yahoo! Messenger O2 launched Yahoo! Messenger on BlackBerry on the 1st of November The Customer may use the Yahoo! Messenger on BlackBerry service ( the Service ) subject to the following terms and conditions: 1) The service is free to download and until further notice Charges for usage are included within the Customer s Internet Mail / Enterprise Mail monthly tariff. 2) O2 reserves the right to introduce Charges for, and/or withdraw the use of, the Service upon 30 days notice. 3) In the event that O2 advises the Customer that Charges for use of the Service will commence and the Customer does not wish to pay for the Service the Customer may terminate its use of the Service at any time prior to the date on which the Charges are introduced without any liability to O2 in respect of the Charges for the Service. 4) For the avoidance of doubt, the introduction of Charges for the Service shall not constitute a change to the Customer s material disadvantage.
