5 THE HIGH TECHNOLOGY NETWORK Network of laboratories addressed to applied research, identified through a qualification process and located in the regional Technopoles Each member of the Network has: Industrial research as core business Human resources with relevant and adequate skills Suitable organizational processes and identified responsibilities Professional abilities in managing research contracts including IPR Quality policy Laboratories open to third parties Such elements are periodically checked by an independent auditor, selected by a public call for tender 6
