Such submissions were received from the following Parties: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Egypt, El Salvador, Honduras, Monaco, Mongolia, Poland, Sri Lanka and Swaziland. A submission was received from one observer: the Associated Labor Unions - Trade Union Congress of the Philippines. Describe how these barriers could best be addressed? * Bosnia and Herzegovina developed its first NIP in 2015, and it still awaits it a long way regarding the Convention implementation. Unfortunately there were no funds for the further steps for now. * How can the Secretariat support your entity in addressing any of these barriers? * We need capacity and financial boost regarding the convention implementation. Still, for the time being BiH would not be able to ensure some donations in relation to Paris agreement. * 2
