1 DOG HAIR Written by Chad Schnackel & David Dalton Pages: 3+ Characters: Gina, 20+ Michele, 20+ Synopsis: Gina tries desperately to get her roommate Michelle through a serious hangover and off to a job interview, in which she is running late, but her approach backfires. 2 INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY is laying on the couch passed out. The bathroom door opens and out walks. She is holding her head. Oh my god my head hurts. She looks down at her watch. Oh shit! Gina rushes over towards Michelle and starts shaking her. Michelle wake up! Michelle stirs in her sleep. Gina continues to shake her. Michelle! Michelle opens her eyes. She is still visibly drunk. What time is it? It s 8. You need to get into the shower. Michelle looks up at Gina. She is about to speak when she starts to throw up. She rushes to the bathroom door and runs in. We can HEAR her throwing up in the bathroom in the background. Gina goes to the door. What time is your interview? (O.S.) (in between puking) It s at 9. You don t have much time. If you re going to barf, at least do it while you shower. Michelle comes out from the Bathroom wiping her mouth.

3 Oh my god, I don t think I can do this. Sure you can hun. Whatever you need, I ll get you there. Michelle is shaking her head. No, I can t do this. There is no way I am going to make it. Maybe a little water will help. Gina leaves the room and goes to the kitchen. (yelling to Gina) Sorry. I really didn t plan to get that drunk last night. Gina comes back in holding a glass of water. She hands it to Michelle. Michelle takes a big sip. She gets up and runs back to the bathroom. Guess that isn t working. We hear Michelle hurling some more. Oh, sweetie, you need to stop. You want me to get your clothes ready? Michelle comes back out wiping her mouth again. I feel a little bit better. I just want to go back to bed. I know you do, but we have to get you to that interview. Michelle sits down on the couch. Gina thinks for a second. Dog hair! What?

4 Dog hair, or whatever it s called. What are you talking about? Hairy dog? You know... You mean the hair of the dog? Yeah that s it. We ll get you drunk again. You always said guys love you when you re drunk. Well why wouldn t an interview be the same? Michelle looks at Gina in disbelief. Are you serious? Michelle thinks about it more. You know, that might work. What do we have for booze? Gina runs and grabs a bottle. She pours two shots. Michelle stares at it for a second. Gina takes a swig. You can do it. Just take a swig. It s easy. Gina, what are you doing? I thought this was for me? I was just showing you what to do. It s not like I don t know. How do you think we got here in the first place? Michelle takes a swig. Gina pours two more shots. They both shoot em. The booze hits hard but they keep drinking. Suddenly Michelle looks at Gina.

5 Um Gina? Yeah? If we re both drinking, who s gonna drive me to the interview? FADE TO BLACK.
