2 AGENDA FOR 6/06/06 KMLT - HOUSTON, TEXAS TERMINALS TOUR ATTIRE: Business Casual (long pants required, no shorts, no sleeveless or no collarless shirts, shoes appropriate for industrial areas and walking). REQUIREMENT: Passports/ID cards/driver s License are required for each person when signing in at facility security gates. MEETING FORMAT: Will be informal. ARRIVAL AND INTRODUCTIONS: (coffee, water, soft drinks) Location: Gulf Coast Regional Office at 405 Clinton Drive, Galena Park, Texas (downstairs conference room) Introductions and Plan for Tour Verbal Overview of KMLT Houston Facilities General Questions (Continue on Bus) TOUR: (on bus and some walking) Drive through Galena Park, TX facility to view main dock, tanks, marine vapor recovery and piping systems Drive through Pasadena, TX facility to view tanks, control center and Pit 4 manifold - Exit bus and walk through Pasadena Control Center (talking prohibited while in Control Center) - Back on bus, drive to Pit 4, and exit for walking tour and discussion of pipeline movements (if access available that day) Possible drive-by of separate Pasadena 7 Bay Truck Rack RETURN TO REGIONAL OFFICE: Question and Answer Session End of Meeting
