1 Student nterest nventory A student survey is worthwhile if we are able to use the information it generates for our planning. The goal here is to generate ideas that can guide you in differentiating according to student interest. f students are more interested, they often become more engaged in their learning. Below are an introductory letter and a list of possible survey questions. You may want to highlight or cut and paste the questions, and even add your own to create a unique questionnaire that reflects your instructional goals. Dear Date would like you to tell me a little bit about yourself. By telling me some of your special interests and skills, you can give me some good ideas about how to plan for this year.
