2 Who are ClubsComplete? At ClubsComplete, we have a passion for providing high quality extra-curricular and educational services to primary schools and families in the UK and Spain, operating on a national basis throughout the UK. For families, we provide a wide range of opportunities for children and young people to have fun, socialise and learn something new in a familiar and friendly environment such as a local village hall or leisure centre. Over the years, ClubsComplete has been recognised for its ability to open a world of opportunities to children and young people always ensuring that our staff strive to enhance each child s unique talent as we believe that each child is talented in their own individual way. We pride ourselves as the most recommended activity provider by word-of-mouth, meaning that we are both the parent and the child s choice of care.

3 British Summer Camp 2017 Dates: 16-30th July 2017 (Sunday to Sunday) Location: Hicks Lodge YHA National Forest, Leicestershire Ages: 8-18 years The purpose of the British Summer Camp is for children from all over the world to make friends in the heart of England, to take part in an array of activities all delivered in English and learn English taught by specialist teachers (10 hours per week). We will have multi lingual camp leaders that will promote and encourage the learning of English at all times. Therefore, if you are looking for your child to learn English in the beautiful English countryside this is the summer camp for you! Our team is extremely experienced, having ran day and residential camps all over the UK and Spain since 2007.

4 Accommodation The groups will be staying at the National Forest YHA, set in the beautiful heart of the national forest in the centre of England. The National forest is the UK s premier man made forest with 8.2 million tress planted by families from near and far. The YHA National forest is a brilliant location to submerse yourself in English language and culture, with this purpose build lodge you have all of the modern day conveniences including free Wi-Fi whilst being located in the most beautiful surroundings. We are lucky to be situated in Leicestershire the home of Leicester City Football Club which opens wonderful opportunities for children interested in football. We are also in the fortunate position to be situated within 1 hour of London and Manchester. Nearest airports: East Midlands Airport (EMA) Birmingham International Airport (BHX) Nearest train stations: East Midlands Parkway, Tamworth, Leicester, Loughborough, Nuneaton, Birmingham New Street.

5 Food & Drink We offer a full board basis only all food is included in our weekly rate. Breakfast: Hot and cold buffet breakfast available including croissants, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses as well as Full English breakfasts. Lunch: Sandwiches, paninis, salads or rolls daily if we are on a trip, we will have packed lunches to take with us. Dinner: A variety of dishes will be served (a different dish each evening cooked at the lodge), all hot dishes of traditional English meals. We cater for all dietary needs, so please do specify if your child has any specific dietary requirements.

7 The Groups & Pastoral Care The children will be placed into two groups, the junior or the senior group. Both groups will have an exciting timetable of activities to follow and will also join together socially in the evening and for some sessions and for trips. Children s welfare is of paramount importance to us at ClubsComplete, we are fully committed to looking after every student to ensure their stay is an unforgettable experience, with this in mind our staff are always on hand to help to deal with any issues that can arise, All of our team are experienced, DBS checked, first aid trained individuals who all have safeguarding protection and years of experience working with children.

8 Juniors Juniors are aged 8-13 years throughout their stay they will be partaking in a variety of themed sessions with English children including MasterChef (Cooking), Football Academy, Gymnastics and Stage School (Drama). The groups will be integrated within our English groups to provide a full language immersion programme. The children are set to have the time of their lives whilst developing their English language skills and making new friends of the same age!

9 Seniors Our seniors (14-18 years) will have to make a decision to which theme they would like between Sports Adventurer or Horse Riding*. Our Sports Adventurer course involves tennis, golf, outdoor pursuits and so much more! The Horse Riding Camp is the perfect course for all horse lovers, whether you re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this is the camp for you. *Horse riding supplement.

10 Trips & Excursions For both groups we will be hosting trips to the UK s top tourist destinations and attractions from the world famous Buckingham Palace to the thrill seekers paradise of Alton Towers. London Our capital city and home of the world renowned Buckingham palace, tower bridge and some of the best shopping experiences available in Europe. Manchester England s second most popular tourist destination after London, with an abundance of shopping opportunities and plenty of enriching activities at the many museums and public parks. Alton Towers One of the UK s most popular tourist attraction, attracting millions of visitors every year. Alton Towers is home to some of the worlds best known rides, including Galactica, the worlds first virtual reality rollercoaster. Cadburys World The home of English chocolate take a trip through a real working chocolate factory as your favourite treats are being made!
