4 4 Preface ARF-PANEL Card Readers They are such devices with integrated microdatabase for offline operation through TCP/IP Protocol. It is possible to design any Access PDKS applications, and the device records any pass movemements, date, time, direction and card ID details as an event through the RTC (real time clock) and Flash memory. In offline mode, the authorized personnel information is defined on PC/server/main unit. With different inputs, it can host several readers. Reader types: 1- Mifare 13,56 mhz 2- Proximity 125 khz 3- HID ,56 ı class mhz 4- UHF Passive mhz 5- UHF Capable of operating with the above readers, the panel perform many door controls.

5 5 SAFETY MEASURES The following safety measures will extend the usable life of your device. Please follow all the measures and instructions. Consult to a qualified person for all the service needs other than those described herein. Before the cleaning works, be sure to disconnect the power cables. Use a clean cellulose sponge or wash leather cloth and a few drops of lukewarm water to wipe clean the instrument, and dehumidify it by a dry cloth. DO NOT PLACE the unit on any working surface that is not flat or stable. Call the service station if the casing is damaged. DO NOT STOP any object onto the unit, and do not scratch the unit with a foreign substance. DO NOT EXPOSE the unit to dirty or dusty spaces. Do not operate the unit if there is a gas leak. Keep the unit away from the strong magnetic or electrical fields. Do not press or TOUCH the display panel. DO NOT USE the unit in the vicinity of fuels, rainy or humid zones. SAFE TEMPERATURE: -10C to %70 C operating temperature range. INPUT VOLTAVE: 8V-36V DC DO NOT DISPOSE the unit in the public garbage fields. This unit has been designed with the recyclable parts and components. The crossed garbage box symbol means that the product (electrical and electronic equipment, and mercury containing cells and batteries) should not be disposed with the household wastes. DO NOT DISPOSE the batteries together with the urban wastes. The crossed wheel garbage box symbol means that the batteries should not be disposed with the municipal wastes.

10 10 OPERATING MODES Operating Mode LED Color Log Data Offline 2 gren flashing Normal mode in device Data delete In order red Delete log and personnel Factory settings In order red Delete all data Service mode 2 red stable light Locked status Offline Mode When the card is read, if it is authorized, the yellow light in relay flashes with the relay being engaged fort he specified time out period.if no pass is authorized, the TTFSM reader red light flashes. The card ID, date, time, pass direction are recorded in the unit database. Online Authorization If the card is defined in the authorized cards panel, and no response is received with authorization within the timeout period, the online pass is authorized. The after-pass authorization light codes are the same with the offline mode. Online Info It decides in offline mode. The pass information is also transmitted to PC/server/host. (Monitoring mode) Log is stored onboard. Service Mode The unit is set in this mode when an update is in progress in the unit, and in this case, no card is read, nor no pass is allowed.
