All plants in The Home Depot Indoor & Outdoor Garden Centers must have a Home Depot Corporate Tag with QR code, or approved Branded Program tag (see Approved Branded Programs list on page 4). This also includes having the correct tag in each container as outlined in the tag descriptions in the tagging guide. Any growers found not using an approved Home Depot tag on their plants will be subject to the following fines: first offense - 10% deducted from vendor payable check second offense - 20% deducted from vendor payable check third offense - personal meeting with Divisional Merchandising Manager, Bob (Suds) Sedlatschek Easy ordering of approved tags is available online at jhc.com/homedepot.
