15 Opportunity When a lot of international organizations, assistance agenci es and NGOs discuss health insurance, Korea is considered as a representing case It is considered as prime example of a country which Obam a, President of US wants to replicate its Health System.

17 2. KOICA Health Strategy Our Goal : KOICA will contribute toward strengthening capacity of partner countries to provide essential health services and a safety net for the most destitute.
