5 La piattaforma FI-STAR Frontend Architettura Connectivity Notification Local Data Storage Sensor Data Collection Local Data Processing SHIELD PROFI ANGEL.. Connectivity : provides interfaces to exchange data with the back end applications and manage local IP connectivity, including notification on connection enables/disabled. Notification : To implement the event-based communication between application modules and Specific Enablers (SEs) deployed in the front-end, and between the front-end and back-end services. OMA NGSI9 and NGSI10 specification adoption. Local Data Processing : In order to process the data according to define rules, it offers a rule engine, which allows users to define actions to be issued on certain conditions. In this context, the engine should detect the change of the states (context) based on certain observations. Sensor Data Collection : The SDCS SE interfaces with a set of supported health_devices and provides interfaces to manage devices and collect measured health data. Semantic Enricher: The goal is to enable semantic complex processing of the real time signals sensed from different types of sensors enabling: (i) the interroperability between sensors and more importantly the definition of more complex situations of interests (ii) semantic processign of signals using background domai n knowledge. 2 FI-STAR e la soluzione ANAPNEO di Engineering per il tele monitoraggio.

6 La piattaforma FI-STAR Architettura Event : provides REST API for NGSI9 and NGSI10 compliant Pub/Sub s. Th e administrative GUI simplifies the use of NGSI9 and NGSI10 compliant Pub/Sub s, accelerating the application development and event handling Connectivity Back End Targeting & Profiling: is used to target and profile patients based on events generated by the patients context, e.g. measurements or patient-triggered events. It is closely related to the Event SE and can be categorized as an Event Receiver. Mediation : The Mediation s SE allows other FISTAR SE to interact with legacy system in the health sector (existing ehr, existing hospital systems, etc.). It comes with templates and guides for the creation of mediation tasks for the health sector, such as but not limited to: translate HL7 to/from custom XML or Json, translate SOAR2REST and REST2SOAP, Device management Mediation Health Questionnaire Time Event Monitoring Targeting & Profiling Real Time Comm Monitoring SHIELD ANGEL GEO FENCING HEARTH HEALTH EXPOSE PROFI.. Geo-Fencing : The Geo-Fencing service allow setting virtual perimeters and provides accurate information when a device (equipment, person etc.) enters or exits that area.
