1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGE LIMIT The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years old; however, drivers under the age of 25 are permitted for a fee of 25 NOK per day, including VAT. All drivers must have had their license for a minimum of two years. Please note that all renters must show valid drivers license and credit card, and are responsible for the rental vehicles during the specified rental period. PAYMENT We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, and Visa. Please note that payment is by credit card only. Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard are also accepted. INSURANCE All of our rental prices include insurance. All rental relationships consist of a deductible amount upon damage or injury. REDUCTION OF THE DEDUCTIBLE AMOUNT Our deductible is NOK per damage or injury. The deductible can be reduced from NOK to NOK for an additional fee of 25 NOK per day. The reduction of the deductible amount and application of the additional fee must be agreed upon at the start of the rental relationship. PICK-UP/RETURN OF VEHICLES Generally, pick-up and return of vehicles should be conducted at the same rental station and within that rental station s opening hours. Prior to pick-up, each vehicle is cleaned inside and outside, and checked for damages and injury. Prior to return, each vehicle should be cleaned on the outside; it should also be tidied on the inside and free of trash. This is to ease the damage and injury inspection upon return for your and our safety. If returning a vehicle outside of the opening hours of a station, the renter is responsible for any damage or injury inflicted to the vehicle prior to its inspection upon the station s reopening.

2 COLLECTION/DELIVERY OF VEHICLES We can deliver or collect vehicles from you for an additional fee. The following fees apply to the collection or delivery of vehicles within a radius of 10 km. of the rental station in question and within its specific opening hours (all prices quoted include VAT). Delivery and collection within a rental station s opening hours 08:00 16:00: 250 NOK. Delivery and collection outside of a rental station s opening hours: Weekday: 600 NOK. Saturdays: 750 NOK. Sundays and other public holidays: 1000 NOK. If the distance surpasses 10 km., a fee of 10 NOK per exceeding 1 km is added to the price. Ferry and toll booth fees may occur, and will be added to the price of collection and delivery of vehicles. TOLL ROADS / AUTOPASS All of our vehicles contain an AutoPass chip, which means that you can pass through toll booths without stopping. Your toll passage will be registered automatically. The toll passage fees will be charged separately, for which you will receive a separate invoice. Please note that VAT is placed on these passage fees, which are also charged to the renter. Please do not remove, adjust, or change the AutoPass chip in the vehicles as this will incur an additional expense to you as the renter. PARKING TICKETS You are liable for any parking tickets received during the rental relationship, which should be paid immediately. Please be aware that many private parking facilities demand payment for parking 24 hours a day. Please note that the lack of payment of parking tickets leads to a personal claim against the renter. OTHER FEES Additional fee for extra driver: 35 NOK per day. Maximum 525 NOK incl. VAT per driver per rental period.

3 Additional drivers must also present valid driver s license. Fee for filling an unfilled tank of fuel is 200 NOK incl. VAT, in addition to the price per liter of fuel. Fees for missing keys upon the return of vehicles: -Keys locked in the vehicle or keys returned to us at a later point 1875 NOK incl. VAT. -Lost or damaged keys 5000 NOK incl. VAT. Animals are not allowed to enter our vehicles. Smoking is also not allowed in our vehicles. If any of these conditions are breached, a fee of maximum 3500 NOK incl. VAT is charged to your rental invoice. All of our vehicles contain our company decal. Vehicles without our company decal are available for an additional 50 NOK per day incl. VAT. REMAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS I. RENTER S RESPONSIBILITIES 1. The renter carries all responsibility and is liable for the vehicles and their use, as if he were the legal owner of the vehicles, during the rental period and until the vehicles are returned to the station. This includes liability for parking tickets, all traffic infringements, etc. The renter is fully liable for all damage and injury inflicted to and by the vehicles (see the Norwegian terms and conditions). 2. If damage or injury is caused by collision, driving off the road, etc., we, or our insurance company, can seek recourse against the renter if the renter has acted with gross negligence or breached any duty or responsibility he or she has under these terms and conditions. The renter should immediately report all damage to us or to one of our representatives. If this is impossible, damage should be reported to the police. If this does not occur, the renter may be held liable for the damage in full. 3. Theft, fire, vandalism, personal injury, and harm to animals should always be reported to the police and to us. 4. Renter s deductible should be paid immediately upon damage or injury (see above). 5. The renter will be charged the set deductible for every incident of damage or injury (which may lead to the renter paying the deductible amount multiple times, ex: the deductible is NOK and the vehicle has 5 incidents of damage, results in the renter being charged NOK). II. REDUCTION OF THE DEDUCTABLE AMOUNT The following types of damage and injury to the vehicles are not part of renter s ability to reduce the deductible amount or limit his or her liability as a result of negligence: a. Damage or injury inflicted to the vehicles as a result of cargo incorrectly placed, moved after placement, or improperly wrapped.

4 b. Burned or cut holes, spots on the seats, etc. c. Scratched rims. d. Damage or injury to the vehicles caused by snow falling off of roofs where indicators have been placed in reasonable distance from the roof. e. Damage or injury to the vehicles caused by force to the vehicles body or chassis caused by snow chains or other traction assisting tools attached to the wheels of the vehicles. f. Damage or injury to the vehicles caused by driving in places not suitable for the vehicles height, length, or width. g. Damage or injury to the vehicles caused by driving on roads closed for public movement, without written permission from us. III. RENTER S DUTIES 1. The renter is obligated to treat the vehicles in a considerate and respectful manner, and not: a. Use the vehicles for student or instructional driving. b. Leave the country with the vehicles without our written consent. c. Use the vehicles as part of an illegal act. d. Leave the vehicles to others or let unpermitted persons drive the vehicles, including persons not approved by us at the start of the rental relationship. e. Use the vehicles for car races, speed tests, or competitions. f. Tow other vehicles. g. Place more people into the vehicles than the maximum permitted amounts. h. Drive while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs, etc. i. Leave the vehicles unlocked. j. Load the vehicles with more weight than the maximum permitted weight. The renter is liable for any damage, injury, loss, and consequential loss as a result of the renter breaching any of these duties. 2. If damage or injury is inflicted due to collision, driving off the road, etc., or technical errors, to the extent that the renter cannot continue to drive the vehicle, the renter is obligated to notify us. The renter cannot terminate the rental relationship if the technical errors may be corrected within a reasonable timeframe in light of the renter s need and the rental period. If the renter nonetheless terminates the rental relationship, the renter is liable for paying rent until the vehicles are returned to us with a deduction of the period of time the vehicles were not in proper condition. In these situations, the renter is also liable for our expenses and costs related to the return of the vehicles. If a repair cannot be conducted within a proper timeframe, we decide whether to deliver new vehicles or to terminate the existing rental relationship, which will be terminated from the time we received notice of the damage, injury, etc., or technical error. We will cover the cost of pick-up of the vehicles and their return to us, and we hold no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused to the renter.

5 IV. THE RENTER S ECONOMIC RESPONSIBILITY The renter s economic responsibility is specified in the following terms and conditions and price lists. The renter accepts these terms and conditions and prices upon his or her signature of the rental agreement. V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The renter releases us from any liability or responsibility for the renter s loss of time, money or other matters arising out of, or in connection to, the rental relationship. The renter also releases us from any liability for any forgotten or misplaced items, etc. We are not liable or responsible for damage or loss of property, which the renter, or any other person, has left, misplaced, or lost in the rental vehicles during the rental period, or after the vehicles return to us. The renter releases us from all claims that may arise from such damage or loss, which may be directed at us. Importantly, all unpaid or late paid tickets or fees will be charged with a late fee of 100% of the initial amount. We sincerely ask all renters to pay tickets and fees on time.
