4 FTEN VelocityXpress (VX) and VX Proxy Gateways FTEN VX gateways are fully managed trade control gateways for low-latency market access integrated with the FTEN RiskXposure for pre-trade risk control. The gateways provide live order book updates, risk management and message translation with minimal latency. They can be deployed in an FTEN data center, at a client s site, or third-party co-location provider. FTEN Software Controls FTEN Sidecar is a lightweight Java application that integrates third-party trading systems with FTEN RiskXposure (RX) to enable real-time analysis of orders against RX designated parameters with minimal added latency. FTEN also offers direct API interfaces to FTEN RiskXposure, enabling enforcement of true pre-, at- and post- trade risk controls on compatible third party gateways.
