2 How to use this guide This guide has been made printer friendly on purpose. Print it out and stick it next to your computer for quick reference in the future. To avoid wasting ink, make sure you don t print the first and second page! To do this, press Ctrl + P. In the print dialog box set Pages to Print to Pages and change the print range to 3-10 then press Print. To sort pages out of the printer in correct order, you may like to also select Reverse Pages.
