Lakeward of the mouth of Buttonwood Creek and easterly of meridian 77-43'-30" at the mouth of Salmon Creek. Located on Lake Erie. Includes North and South Entrance Channels; Union Canal and Lackawanna Canal. Tributary to Lake Erie. Includes Buffalo River Entrance Channel and Buffalo Ship Canal. Buffalo River navigable to Penn Central Bridge 7.1 miles above mouth of River. Part of Raquette River. Tributary to Lake Erie.
