10 Spa Hours 8:00 am 9:00 pm daily Enhancing Your Spa Experience Reservations To schedule your spa experience, please call or extension 188 within the resort. To ensure the services you prefer are available at the times you would like, we suggest reserving your spa appointments before your arrival to the resort. Spa Environment is available to guests 16 years of age and older. We ask that cell phones and other electronic devices are not brought into the spa. Spa Attire Spa robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings are provided upon check in. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Spa Arrival & Etiquette Any guest that arrives late for their treatment risks losing valuable treatment time. Please be on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to allow time to complete a short medical waiver and to enjoy our steam room, whirlpool and relaxation lounge. Health Matters Please inform us of any health matters at the time of reservation so we may suggest the most suitable treatments. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and allergies will determine which spa therapies are recommended. You will be asked to complete a brief medical waiver upon arrival to ensure our spa professionals can better customize your experience. Gratuity Leaving a gratuity for your service providers is welcomed. For outstanding service it is customary to leave 15% - 20% of the spa service price. Cancellation In the event you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24- hours advance notification. If we cannot resell the appointment it will be charged to your credit card.
