22 Spa Etiquette In order to create the perfect environment and be considerate to all our clients the following guidelines are intended to ensure your visit runs smoothly. Booking & Cancellation All bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment. First Timers We do ask if you are visiting us for the first time you arrive 15 min prior to your treatment for your initial consultation. Late Arrivals If you are running late we ask that you can contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to honour your treatment time; however this may not always be possible.
