Testing was performed by AMD, test project used the Three-way Color Corrector effect with the NAB 2013 sneak peek build of Premiere Pro Nextprovided by Adobe,.MP4 video file, 17 seconds, 1920x1080, 24fps with.wav audio file, 169 seconds, 1411 kb/s audio bitrate, 41 khz audio sample rate, export to Device Apple TV, ipad, iphone 4 and newer, 720p, max render quality. With a desktop PC configured with an AMD A K APU with AMD Radeon HD 8670D Graphics, 8GB DDR3-2133, video driver , the export took 46.6 seconds. With a desktop PC configured with an Intel Core i with Intel HD 2500 graphics, 8GB DDR3-1600, video driver the export took seconds. The Intel system would not run with OpenCL-acceleration enabled at the time of the test 3/29/2013. Both systems used SSD hard drive and Window 8 Professional (x64) build RID Tests conducted at AMD using 3DMark Fire Strike test. With just discrete graphics enabled, the system scored FPS. With Dual Graphics enabled, the system scored FPS. RID AMD Steady Video is a technology designed to eliminate shakes and jitters during the playback of home video. Users may turn on this technology via the AMD Catalyst Control Center or the VISION Engine Control Center application. AMD Steady Video will work with content that can run on Adobe Flash Player 10.2 (and later versions) or on any player which has been programed to use AMD s decode acceleration (DXVA) engine. AMD Steady Video is not designed to (a) isolate overlays, logos or captions, or (b) improve the playback of letter boxed, premium/commercial, or interlaced content. AMD Steady Video is only recommended for use with videos that contain unwanted shakes and jitters. 12.
