CLASS OVERVIEW This class will give you the encouragement and support to follow your passion as your living. These notes are an accompaniment to the full Video content. They are designed to highlight just the key points of the Video Class and provide a record for your personal reflection. YOU WILL LEARN: This class will teach you how to make your own rules and take ownership for your direction when living a soulful career path. You will learn how to give yourself the permission to create a path that may be fresh and new in your field. You will learn how to stay true to your visions and career. PERSONAL NOTE TAKING: You will be writing and recording personal messages and insights throughout this class. Have these class notes printed as you watch the video. There is space given under each section for you to write down your reflections. Or perhaps you would like to start a very special journal for keeping your personal messages in. It s important that you take this class at your own pace. Please pause the video whenever you need to. Go at your own pace. When we write our thoughts on paper we take the invisible and make it visible. We begin the manifestation process of an idea or message into form. 2 CLASS CORE GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION 1. A NEW PATH As you take full responsibility for living your passion you will need to give yourself permission to follow through. This leads to a life where you are benefiting from the value of what you love. Practice: Let s bring in the feeling of living our passion that we established in the class Your Passion: Your Living. You may need your notes from this class. What will your entire day feel like, look like, sound like, be like when you are living what you love? Close your eyes and focus on the belly to connect within. Bring in your vision of living what you love as your life path. Are you now in this space of living your passion? Yes! It s important to create the feeling of living your passion for a soulful career path to be possible. We need to feel it first to then see it out picture it in the world around us. NOTES: 2

4 FEELING GOOD ON YOUR PATH We need to give ourselves permission to feel good as we knit our ideas into being, along our soulful career path. Practice: List the potential reasons of why you think you can t live your passion? Write them down as quickly as they come to you. NOTES: 4

5 What you have just written is a list of reasons or perhaps excuses of why you think you can t feel good when you re living your passion. Practice: Look at the list you just made and ask yourself, Where did these ideas come from? Consider that these reasons/excuses may not be true for you. Close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Open your eyes and look at your previous list and next to each one ask yourself, Is this true for me? Write down Yes or No next to each. NOTES: 5

6 Do you have some valid reasons of why you feel you cannot be living your passion right now? Chances are that you may be carrying around old beliefs and fears more so than valid reasons to block your success. ASSESS AND SEE WHERE YOU STAND. 2. BECOMING YOUR OWN VISIONARY Until you can feel and imagine a soulful career path, then you cannot create it. It is your vision that you create. No one else is privy to your vision, but you. You need to be behind and supportive of your vision, giving yourself permission to create it into physical reality. From dreams things are made material. You are the dreamer and you also are the doer. You dream and then you do. We are all gifted with this ability at birth. You need to give yourself permission to live this way. As adults we are creating a new paradigm of empowered living. We are going to earn our living from our passion. Give yourself permission. Say, Yes. You are your own support team and you will need to be, for this soulful career to outplay in your life. Be behind yourself every single day as you are doing your dream. Dreamer is the soul. Doer is the head/personality. The heart brings through the ideas, not the head. 6

8 Practice: Visualise strongly that you give yourself permission to live your passion. Close your eyes and breathe in deeply and release. See yourself standing with an art board all around you. See yourself painting a picture of your ideal life and soulful career. You are painting this vision. It s all yours. Say, Permission Granted. Notice how you feel and write or draw it all down. 9 3. BENEFITS OF YOUR PASSION Practice: Look at what you would love to do along your soulful career path (i.e. your passion) and come up with a list of all the ways that living this passion will benefit others. By you living what you love, how will we all benefit? Write down your answers. NOTES: 9

10 CONCLUSION You now have a list of all the ways your soulful career will benefit the planet, humankind and the environment. Look at your list and have your Permission Granted sign with or around you daily. Doesn t it feel good to know that you are going to make a difference in our lives?
