Rancho Miraflores C has spacious gardens, large swimming pool and a spectacular sea view. It is located on the Costa del Sol in Mijas Costa between Marbella and Fuengirola. Nearby you will find many sports such as golf, tennis, watersports, horseriding and even skiing only two hours away at Sierra Nevada! The apartment is approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport in a south westerly direction. It is a second floor penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is within walking distance of the beach provided you are fairly fit as you walk down hill to the beach and most of the restaurants and shops and obviously back up the hill to the apartment not for the faint hearted! 2 Taxis from Malaga Airport Taxi s to the apartment from the airport are plentiful. It should cost about 60 Euros and take about 30 minutes. Directions from Malaga Airport (by car): - Drive out of the Terminal and folllow sign to Cadiz, N340-E15. BP garage will be on your left. After 50 metres come to roundabout with San Miquel Brewery, Go straight Over. 2nd Exit Get into right hand lane ready to take the Slip Road in 100m, Torremolinas & Cadiz, N340. Join the main N340, Stay on this road for 3km when you will see a sign Benalmadena & Algercieras 500m. Get into Right Lane and join the slip road as you go past the BMW garage. Sign Benalmadena N340-A7-E15 LANDMARK: After approx 7 Kms on the motorway you will see signs for Benalmadena and a Cable Car going over the motorway. After another 14kms you start to descend a long hill, at the bottom of the hill you should take N340 Costa for Fuengirola. Get into the two right lines and take the Fuengirola Slip Road N340 with Highlight. The exits, locations and Directions are in the Order as above with Fuengirola 3 Minutes drive from this point. The apartment is located just after Terrenueva. You will see some white flags and a big sign that says Miraflores on your right. You need to go slightly passed the entrance and come back on yourself as shown on the next page. The Miraflores Complex A map of the complex follows on the next page. This shows the layout and highlights how to get to the apartment. Your drive up the road named Calle Hortnesia. When you reach the T junction at the top turn right. You then turn right again and just into this road you will see the entrance to the garage (the opener is on the fob) on your left. Page 2 of 5

5 Restaurants: - There are a number of restaurants on the complex and close by that are very good, some of them are as follows: - The Miraflores Club Restaurant on site. Antonio s Fish Restaurant At the bottom of Calle Hortensia and over the footbridge over the N Valparesso Mijas Alberts CaboPino There are other recommendations on the notice board in the apartment. Supermarkets: - The nearest supermarket is at the top left of the complex where it shows Restaurante and Centro Comercial, this is within easy walking distance and excellent for collecting fresh bread and other provisions in the morning for breakfast. There are at least three more supermarkets down towards the beach (beware they do not all open on a Sunday). One supermarket, which is located in a mall, will deliver your shopping to your apartment for a small fee.
