23 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS My Digital Clock Radio does not hear my commands. It is important to remember that you cannot give a command while the Digital Clock Radio is speaking. Also make sure the voice button on rear panel is pushed on. How do I know if the Digital Clock Radio is telling AM or PM time? When clock is telling AM time there will be an AM icon on the display, but when in PM time, there will be a PM icon on the display. In addition, when setting time, if you do not specify AM or PM, it will automatically set to AM time. My Digital Clock Radio confuses numbers when setting the time or alarm. This is common in the English language. For example, it is common to confuse 9 and 5. Speak loud, clear, in a normal paced voice and be at least an arm length away. I cannot activate the alarm. After activating the voice control by saying Hello Moshi, say set alarm to turn the alarm on. To turn off or cancel the alarm, say turn off the alarm. Manually, you can turn the alarm on by pressing the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 buttons on the top of the unit. Can I make the alarm sound louder? Yes, you can increase the volume to any level above "12." To reduce the risk of forgetting to increase the volume of your alarm sound, the Digital Clock Radio does increase to a set level of "12" during the first 20 seconds it sounds. How do I interrupt my Digital Clock Radio? Touching any button except for the volume button will stop the Digital Clock Radio from speaking. How do I reset the Digital Clock Radio? Remove batteries or use the reset button located on the back panel. 20
