This is achieved by use of premium grade resins during manufacturing. A comprehensive chemical resistance data chart is available upon request. Impact resistant: Fiberglass gratings will allow repeated deflection without permanent deformation. Deflection will occure with the impact of a heavy object. However, once the object is removed, fiberglass grating will return to its original shape unlike metallic grating, which will remain deformed. Slip resistant: The slip resistant feature of a fiberglass grating is created during the moulding process, when the top surface naturally shrinks back to create a concave effect surface. This is then filled with a hard wearing quartz grit to provide an extended life span with amazing anti-slip properties. Fire resistant: Our fiberglass gratings have been tested in accordance with the ASTME E 84 tunnel test method and has achieved a class 1 flame spread rating or less. It has also achieved a class 1 rating in accordance with BS 476. A copy of this report is available on request. The IMO certification is also available upon request. Page 1/9

Ingredients Fibrous Glass, Polyester Resin, Catalyst (peroxyester), Styrene, Aluminium Oxide, Pigment. Ingredients are chemically cured and bonded together. Hazard Identification Acute Effect Routes of Entry Medical Note First Aid Procedures Non by contact. Dust produced by cutting or grinding can penetrade the pores of the skin causing itching. Avoide breathing dust. Skin contact or inhalation of dust when cutting. People who has condition that could be aggravated by dust should avoid cutting or grinding. Use 3M respirator mask No Skin: Remove person from dust area and shower with soap and water until itching stops. Eyes: Flush at once with sterile eye wash solution. Chemical Data Appearence Solid, flat panels with grid pattern. Green, grey and yellow are standard colours. Sharp edges of grit applied to top surface. No odours. Not solube in water. Specific gravity 1.6. Fire Fighting Measures Product will burn. Avoid direct fire source. Flash point: none. Flammability: none. Extinguishing media, water, foam, A, B or C fire extinguishers. 3 Waste Disposal Abide by local laws and procedures. Product is not considered a hazardous waste. Handling / cutting Wear masks and goggles when cutting or grinding.
