3 Century Windsor Wood Series The Windsor Wood Series is constructed with the highest quality 1 x 4 kiln dried Southern Yellow Pine. The moulded handrail and ease-edged stiles enhance the appearance and add the finishing touch to a superior product. Premium Wood Series The Premium Series is one of our best grade stairways and is designed for heavier home usage with a hefty 350lb load rating. The wider 1x6 steps and stiles provide increased stability. SpaceMaker Wood Series The Spacemaker Series offers a wider rough opening for ease of access and increased safety. Made with superior quality wood construction it is sure to fit your space requirements. Supreme Aluminum Series The Supreme Aluminum Series is a trifold design with rust resistant aluminum steps and stiles. This series is manufactured with lightweight metal construction and adjustable feet for ease of installation.

5 Thermo Shield Thermo Shield Offers... Foil facers on both sides and keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer The Thermo shield consists of a rigid ¾ TUFF polysocyanurate foam insulation made to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Thermo Shield models are denoted with the suffix TS applied to model code (i.e. BE-100TS). Panel is cut -to-size and affixed directly to the inside of the stairway door panel and offers a "R" rating of 5.0 A rigid polysocyanurate foam insulation board with re-inforced foil facers on both sides

6 FireGuard Door Panel Fireguard Offers A slower smoke production and slower burn for up to 30 minutes A 9mm thick fire retardant plywood door panel treated in accordance to the American Wood Preservers Association to meet most specified building codes in the U.S.A. The Underwriters Laboratories stamp signifying a FR-S rating and tested in accordance with UL-723. The FireGuard consists of a 9mm thick plywood panel pressure treated with DRICON in accordance with the conditions outlined in the American Wood Preservers Association & meets most Building Codes. FireGuard models are denoted with suffix F applied to model code (i.e. BE-100F).

7 Weather-Stripping Weather- Stripping Offers The Weather-Stripping option is designed to seal in your desired temperature and cuts energy costs in half. 8 Additional Options Installation Kit Century s Attic Stairway Installation Kit (model #ABK) contains everything an installer needs to install a Century attic stairway of the 22.5 or 25.5 sizes up to 54 in rough opening length. The kit contains the fasteners (nails & lag screws) needed for attaching the stair to the rafters as well as shimming material and temporary support boards. Also contained are trim/moulding pieces (for finishing out the frame-out and weather-striping for sealing the opening. ABK s are sold separately and also come in master cartons of 15 kits per carton (model #ABK-M) that are ideal for store POP displays in conjunction with the attic stairway storage bins. Adjustable Pull Down Pole Kit Adjustable Pull-Down poles extends from 42-72, allowing the user to reach most attic stairways from floor level without using a stool or ladder for assistance. The kit includes a hard plastic door hook and decorative base assembly that is easily attached to a new or existing Century Attic stairway. Installation requires replacing the existing pull-cord system. The kit also includes an aluminum step hook assembly that can be added to Century aluminum stairways to allow for using the Pull-down Pole to aid the user with folding and unfolding the stairs from floor level without assistance. Kits may be purchased individually or in master cartons of 15 kits per carton. Adjustable Pull-Down poles come standard with all Century 12 Attic Stairways. 9 Warranty Century Limited Warranty warrants to the first retail purchaser of the Century Industries attic stair product line that the unit will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The product must be installed and used in accordance with the Century instructions for installation, operation, and care to qualify under this warranty. This warranty does not cover: non-defect damage, damage caused by unreasonable use, labor charges for removing or reinstalling a repaired unit or component, damage caused by improper installation, and damage caused as a result of exceeding the weight limitations specified for each unit. If, during the warranty period, the product or a component appears as though it may be defective, do not return the attic stair to the place of purchase. Instead, call our customer service department first at before dismantling it and verify that the alleged problem cannot be corrected. If it is determined that the product or component is defective, Century will, at its option, send replacement parts to correct the defect, or authorize you to return the product to the place of purchase. Proof of purchase is required in any event. EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS The duration of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this written warranty. All claims for consequential or incidental damages for breach of this warranty are excluded and in no event shall the manufacturers liability for breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability or breach of contract exceed the cost of this product. However, the purchaser is entitled to the remedies provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. No representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of this product.
