The release will not be done if payment has not been received. 1. Goods and décor will only be released according to those reflected on the invoice signed off by the client. 2. All items quoted on remains the property of La Boda unless stated otherwise. 3. The client shall: a) Be held responsible for all décor & items listed on invoice from collection time until delivery time. b) Provide dry under cover storage until such time as the items, equipment is returned. c) All linen must be dried before returning. d) In the event that any of the items is damaged, destroyed or lost for any reason whatsoever, the client will be liable to make good the full replacement cost thereof. Wax & Prestike damaged items will be charged for according to cleaning fee, R3.50 per item. e) Client shall not be entitled to substitute any linen for La Boda; f) Ensure that floors of venue are clean, before set-up. We do not take responsibility for dirty draping if floors caused it. 5. Final numbers Please let us have confirmation of final numbers 3 weeks before function date, as our final invoice will be prepared. (Except for the months of September to January, when the final numbers have to be in 1 (one) month before function. 6. All items must be collected and returned before 15h00 (3h00) on the return date. The reason being that all the items have to be counted. 7. A minimum refundable deposit of R is payable for confirmation of booking. This also serves as a breakage deposit. 8. The full hire per day will be charged if the items rented are not returned before 12H00 on the return date. NO EXCEPTIONS. R10.00 will be charged for every telephone call La Boda had to make to remind you 9. All goods except linen must be returned clean or a fine of R1 per item will be charged 10. We do not except cancellations or changes after the 3 weeks (February to August) or 1 (one) month (September to January). if you cancel, the hire and deposit is still payable. 11. Red carpets must be returned clean & neat and dry. A fee of R50 per carpet will be deducted if carpet is not clean. 12. Please make sure of the size of chairs before booking chair covers. La Boda will not take resposibility if chair covers does not fit chairs. 13. No refunds for goods that was booked and not used for any reason whatsoever.
