1 Birthday Party Packages *all in the comfort of the Robert Meek Community Youth Centre leave the clean up to us* *bring your own food, or have us supply it* *we even supply the invitations & thank you cards* Time in / Time out Party times are usually booked in 2 hour segments. 1 hour is spent on main activity, 1 hour is spent on a smaller activities and eating. Times available are: Saturday and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm. Where possible rental group will be allowed access to our facility 15 minutes prior to rental for set up. Rental group must exit facility with all belongings immediately after the party. Access to Area(s) Rental groups shall have access to the gym, party & activity rooms and bathroom facilities only. No food or drinks allowed in the gym at any time. Set up and clean up Kids Zone staff will clean up after your party. It is expected that parents will monitor partygoers and not allow excess mess to occur. Staff members main responsibilities will be focused toward partygoers having a safe and fun experience. Apparatus may have to be shut down if the staff is required to constantly clean up excess mess or parties may be required to end early to allow staff enough time to clean and prepare for the next rental. NO SILLY STRING, CONFETTI, RICE AND SPARKLERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY. Number of guests Parents are encouraged to stay at Kids Zone during the party. Tables and chairs may be set up for parents and other non-participants. Access to kitchen There will be no access to kitchen with any rental unless arranged at the time of booking. Food and drink storage may be arranged at the time of booking. Supervision There will be first aid certified staff on site. Kids Zone staff shall be responsible for the supervision of participants on any equipment or during the themed activity. Rental group is responsible for supervision at all other times including but not limited to eating, bathrooms and any other time. 1. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. FULL payment is required by the Monday prior to the date of booking. No party shall be considered booked until deposit is received by Kids Zone. All cancellations will result in the loss of deposit. 2. Cash, Cheque, Interac, Visa and MasterCard only are all accepted. 3. Coupons or discounts must be presented at the time of booking to be redeemed. 4. When possible, party hosts shall have access to the gym up to 15 minutes prior to party times. Guests should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the party. 5. All children should be picked up promptly at the end of the party. The host is responsible for all children associated with their party rental. Kids Zone is not responsible for ensuring that participants are picked up. 6. Kids Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. 7. Rental groups shall be financially accountable for any unforeseen expenses incurred by Kids Zone resulting from misuse or negligence on the part of the rental group and/or guest. 8. Kids Zone shall have the right to suspend any booking for any reason.

2 Busker Birthday The 2-hour busker birthday is great for 8-13 year olds. Kids will get to learn and experience the life of a busker everything from walking a tight rope, juggling strange objects, riding a unicycle, jumping on a pogo stick to hula hooping up a storm. The second hour will be spent eating, opening gifts, socializing with friends and autographing their busker pics for taking home. In consideration of Kids Zone sponsoring and providing the above program and accepting me as a participant in the above program, I agree as follows: Waiver and Release of Claims for Injury I hereby agree to, and do waive, release and relinquish all claims of every kind, known and unknown, present and future, that I may have against Kids Zone and their officers, agents, servants and employees, arising out of, connected with, or in any way related to, the rental or my participation therein.
