3 Summary Terry Garrow, P. Geo was retained to complete a geophysical survey of claims , , in the Nicola Mining District. The geophysical survey included 6 lines of magnetometer and VLF-EM survey averaging 1-2 kilometers each, totaling 10 kilometers, running west-east at a spacing of 200m apart. This work was completed from July 21 to 30, The registered owner of the aforementioned claims is Chris Delorme of Merritt B.C. The magnetometer and VLF-EM surveys both indicated two North-South trending mineralized zones. Two malachite showings were found and recorded while conducting the geophysical surveys. The area has undergone regional greenschist alteration along with intense hydrothermal alteration and shearing of the Nicola Volcanics. Figure 1: Malachite showing 3

4 Location and Access The claim area may be located on NTS map sheet 92I/02E at latitude N and longitude W, and UTM E, N. The property is located 6.5km east of the town of Merritt B.C. (Map 1 and Map 2) Access to the claims is off Highway 97C south east from Merritt around 6km. Turn west onto the old 97C which will lead you on to the property. The claim area is traversed by a number of accessible dirt roads. Map 1: Cube Property Location 4

6 Physiography The Cube Property lies on the eastern flank of the Cascade Mountains which are part of the Coast Mountain System. The area lies within the dry belt of the Thompson Plateau. This area is characterized by low to moderate, rounded mountainous terrain. The property covers open and wooded range land in low to moderate mountainous terrain around Sugarloaf Mountain whose elevation reaches 1,364 meters (4,474 feet). There are also concentrations of tree and shrub cover near the water drainage or water accumulation features, such as streams, ponds, and shallow lakes. The north-facing slopes are most heavily tree covered and hold the residual snow for a longer period during the springtime. The elevations of the claim area range from 915 meters (3,000 feet) to 1,364 meters (4,474 feet). The glacial and/or fluvial glacial cover on the claims appears fairly thin, with the thicker occurrences in the bedrock depressions. The area experiences approximately 40 cm of precipitation annually, of which 25%-30% may occur as snow. The winter weather usually lasts for less than four months, November-February. It is not uncommon for the property area to experience little or no snow and mild conditions throughout the winter. Temperatures range from -10 C to 30 C. Figure 2: Property landscape 6

7 Property and Ownership The Cube Property is 100% owned by Chris Delorme of Merritt B.C. and is located within the Nicola Mining Division B.C. at UTM E, N, Nad83 Zone 10. The Cube property is comprised of three claims. The claim area exploration has been reported since the late 1950 s. The Copper Soo Mining Company carried out trenching in H.H Cohen conducted a magnetometer survey in In 1961, H. Hill & L. Stark & Associates Ltd. Conducted another magnetometer survey, as well as geological mapping, nine diamond drill holes, totaling 316 meters, and a self potential geophysical survey. Scheer Energy Development Corp commenced a drill program in 1979 which consisted of 5 holes, each roughly 300 feet (91.5 meters) deep and total roughly 1500 feet (457 meters). Marci Resources Ltd. retained Cossack Gold Corp. to conduct VLF-EM, geochemical rock and soil, and geological surveys in Nustar Resources Inc. completed a magnetometer geophysical survey in

8 Regional Geology The general claim area is underlain by the Upper Triassic Nicola Group. The unit is primarily volcanics, such as greenstone ranging from andesite to basalt as agglomerates, breccias, and tuffs. On the eastside of this northwest trending group, lies adjacent, older, Carboniferous and Permian rocks of the Cache Creek Group. These older rocks occur as a rather loosely defined greenstone, argillite, quartzite, hornstone, conglomerate, limestone and some metamorphosed equivalents of the same. The Nicola Group rocks that have been affected by younger intrusions and that are thought to have provided the necessary hydrothermal alteration and/or mineralization are prime targets within the general, as well as the more localized areas. Local Geology The Cube Property is underlain solely by the Upper Triassic Nicola Group and consists of volcanics that have undergone greenschist facies alteration (Map 3). Andesite is the primary rock type though the altered volcanics range from andesite to basalts and agglomerates, breccias, and tuffs across the property. There are several outcrops in the high elevations of the property. These outcrops are andesitic tuffs. Mineralization consists primarily of malachite and chalcopyrite. 8

10 Geophysical Survey Terry Garrow, P. Geo was retained to complete 10 line kilometers of reconnaissance ground magnetometer and VLF-EM surveys on claims , , owned by Chris Delorme. The geophysical field survey consisted of a two person crew for a total of 3 days from July 21-30, The Proton Magnetometer and VLF-EM surveys consisted of a total of 6 lines (Line 1 & 2 are 2 km. each & lines 3,4,5,6 are 1.5 km. each). Grid lines were spaced 200 meters apart covering the central portion of the Cube Claims, with Line 1 located towards the south and line 6 towards the north; individual recording stations were located along the grid lines at 25 meter spacing, lines 1,4 & 6 were completed proceeding from west to east, while lines 2,3 & 5 were completed proceeding from east to west. This three day reconnaissance ground geophysical survey utilized 1 geophysical technician, a geo-tech and a senior geologist, supervisor. A GEM Systems GSM-19T, which is a combination proton magnetometer and VLF-EM was utilized to gather the ground geophysical field data. GPS grid location control was accomplished with sub-meter accuracy using a handheld Ashtech Magellan Mobile Mapper 6. Recording stations were located at 25 meter spacing along the east-west survey lines; recording stations were flagged every 100 meters for future reference. Both VLF-EM and magnetometer readings were taken at each station, and recordings proceeded from west to east along each line. Map 3 shows existing government geology, the location of the 2011 grid lines and stations, Map 4 shows the results of the 2011 VLF-EM survey data and Map 5 shows the results of the 2011 magnetometer survey data. The VLF-EM readings were amplified in the vertical (Y) direction in order to assist in interpretation. The data reported in Appendix 1 is unaltered. The magnetometer readings were broken into 10 color grading intervals to establish high and low magnetic trends. The magnetometer, VLF, and GPS coordinates were recorded in an excel spread sheet (Appendix 1). 10

13 Conclusions and Recommendations There are two north-south trends apparent from both the VLF-EM and Proton Magnetometer data. The VLF-EM data presents two fault related anomalies and the magnetometer shows two or three magnetic highs. It is recommended that the current grid be extended to fill the current claim boundaries. It is also recommended to conduct a geological survey to map the outcrops as well as trenching when possible. 13
