1 WOMEN LEADERSHIP & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM In this year Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli has continued the program for women & Adolescent girls Development, Promotion of women Activities & Training, women s Leadership & Personality Development Program, Promotion of Adventure and Development and Empowerment of Women & Adolescents Girls, of this region. During this year Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli has Organized the short-term residential women leadership development camps of the Women & Adolescents Girls and youth with a view to instill the spirit of Youth Leadership & Personality Development program, through various camp, activities at Etapalli Dt Gadchiroli in this residential camp 50 Nos. of women & Girls were participated from Gadchiroli District of Maharashtra state. Cultural Program, Group discussions, Debates, Lectures, Essay and elocution competitions on the theme of National Integration and Communal Harmony were organized by the organization. 1

2 CELEBRATION OF WOMEN DAY Organization, has celebrated the women s day on 08 March, 2011 by arranging Cycle rallies and pad yatras, in this rallies and padyarta several women were joined. EMBROIDARY & TAILORING Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli continuous the Embroidery & Tailoring institute which was started in the year at Etapalli for the welfare of handicrafts persons of the society, Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli having Vocational Institute. In the society for development we given training of Cutting, Stitching of dresses, designing etc.

3 WOMEN LEADERSHIP & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM In this year Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli has continued the program for Women leadership, Promotion of Women s Activities & Training, Women Leadership & Personality development program for the youth of this region. In this year Youth Leadership and Personality Development program were organized by the organization at Etapalli Dt Gadchiroli in this residential camp 50 Nos. of participant were participated from Etapalli Blocks of Gadchiroli districts of Maharashtra. Activities like Community work, Like Mass literacy, like Anti-drug, Anti-AIDS, Pulse-polio, Health awareness and Environmental campaigns and such other activities as do not require any expenditure other than allowed within the program were arranged by the organization.

4 CELEBRATION OF WOMEN DAY Organization, has celebrated the women s day on 08 March, 2012 by arranging Cycle rallies and pad yatras, in this rallies and padyarta several women were joined. LEGAL TRAINING CAMPS FOR THE WOMEN Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli. had arranged a training camps for the generation for the rural women. In this camps we had trained the women by giving them computer. Tailoring, Beauty parlor training. In this training camps 175 women were participated. We had given them assistance for the self employment. Now the women are working in their own houses and private firms and they are getting more money. Through this their family income is increased.

5 EMBROIDARY & TAILORING Society continuous the Embroidery & Tailoring institute which was started in the year-04 At Anand Nagar Gadchiroli for the welfare of handicrafts persons of the society, organization having Vocational Institute. This year organization has given individual training to 30 Handicrafts beneficiaries of this operational area for development of skill. In the society for development we given training of Making Readymade Garment, Marketing of products and Cutting, Stitching of dresses, designing etc.

6 WOMEN S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM It s time for women to think about how to work out their responsibility, a responsibility that generations of women have dreamed of." during this year Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli s Women Leaders program here in this area has provided the ideal environment for up to 300 Business women and leaders to set trends, influence, innovate and leverage women s participation in the global business world. With an acclaimed line up of leading politicians, global business leaders, policy makers, professionals and women entrepreneurs, the program were investigated real change and the impact on women s roles in today s competitive world. It was also present the perfect platform to explore the opportunities for growth between man & women. 7 WORLD MOTHERDAY The Sanskar Sanstha Etapalli, has celebrated and organized various program on World Mothers Day. The students from this block and other places celebrated this world mother day some students and teachers were told the importance of this Mother day. This year organization has given training to 30 Handicrafts beneficiaries of this area and trained them in this field.

In this year Youth Leadership and Personality Development camp were organized by the organization at Etapalli Dist Gadchiroliin this camp 50 Nos. of participant were participated from Etapalli of Gadchiroli District of Maharashtra State, The Academic session were organized by the organization during which lecture on following subject will be delivered by reputed resource persons: Activities Like Reading and learning from scriptures of various religions and books which inspire the promotion of national integration were produced by the organization and delivered it to the participant. The Spiritual discourses; Yoga and meditation; Work camps in which the youth donate manual labor to create durable community assets. & Cultural pogrammes, which Promotes National Integration were organization by the organization.
