9 The fabric Material: insert is made of breatheable synthetic fabric (polyester fiber, pvc coated) sunshade REPLACEABLE FABRIC anti tear fabric fixing system; the fixing system for the Nardi fabrics is practical and durable, no elastics are used and no maintenance is needed customized printing is possible; for considerable quantities it is possible to order personalized colour of structure and fabric profile for the fixing of the fabric is produced with highly resistant material the micro holes make the fabric transpiring and provide a way out for humidity and water, without creating stagnant deposits, guaranteeing the human body the utmost comfort no special maintenance is required, can easily be cleaned with water and possibly with a non aggressive detergent, such as Nardi CLEAN RESIN. 10 UNI test Test in accordance with UNI EN 581/1/2/3; UNI EN 1022 regulation. For static load test is applied a weight of 200 kg on the seat and 56 kg on the back; for 9 cycles of 30 seconds, and for a long cycle of 30 minutes. For the seat and back fatigue test is applied a weight of 100 kg on the seat and 33 kg on the back for cycles. Nardi test Realizations Further load test made by Nardi: - static load test on the seat for a weight of 500 kg; - intensified fatigue test by applying on the seat a weight of 200 kg for cycles without any defect of the fabric and the structure. 18
