Warning to applicant: F activities listed in Part II of the first schedule to S.L. (Trading Licences Regulations) (hereby reproduced in Section 06), it is possible to submit a notification thirty days from the commencement date of the commercial activity. It is also possible in respect of the same activities to submit a notification after thirty days from the commencement date. Failiure to submit notification within thirty days from the commencement date of the commercial activity is an offence. Any false statement, misinterpretation concealment of material fact on this fm any other document presented in suppt of this notification may be grounds f refusal of notification, annulment of licence as well as criminal prosecution. Data Protection Infmation Note: The Commerce Department collects and processes infmation provided in this notification to carry out its functions under the Trading Licences Act (Cap. 441). All data is collected and processed in accdance with the Data Protection Act, Trading Licences Act (Cap. 441), other legislation and the Privacy Policy of the Department, a copy of which is available on demand. The infmation provided in this Fm may also be exchanged with other third parties as provided accding to the law. 3 Section C - The Commercial Activity The commercial activities licensed by the Commerce Department are listed in the first schedule to the S.L (Trading Licences Regulations) and are reproduced in Section G of this application fm. Although the activity f which you are submitting the application may involve various activities listed in Section G, the trading licence will be issued on only one activity which should represent the predominant commercial activity. The predominant activity is the one that generates most value added. Note The trading licence does not cover activities which are regulated by other entities.
