6 ENTERPRISE MODELLING AND PERFORMANCE Professor: Alain BERNARD The aim of this course is to understand the structures and mechanisms of enterprises in order to be able to model their structures and to optimise their control with respect to industrial objectives (cost, delivery time, quality, etc). This course is mainly based on the use of methods for modelling and re-structuring enterprises and also on the use of industrial software environments for enterprise modelling and control, interfaced with performance evaluation and optimisation.
